not enough work full time as apprentice takes a long time to become a journeyman. wages and benefits are great when you have them,need a 100 hrs a month to keep your benefits. wouldve staye din it if there was a enough full time work. greatle when your  job for someone who is young and living at home still. i recommend becoming an appprentice but not when u have a family already its really hard to manintain a lifestle when your in and out of work.

varying experiences, Always changing jobs, tasks, work partners, foreman. If there is a problem its only temporary... Generally everyone has fun, and treats each other well.. Everyone wants to help people learn and be successful.. Some companies are better to work for than others... But the Hall does its best to get people work... Good Jobs if you can Deal with heights and work hard.

Constantly learning new things,when welding and fitting I have a good feeling of accomplishment and pride. Fun working with big cranes and different challenges with rigging materials.

Great union to work for, learn new stuff everyday. love the fast paced environment and working with a good crew. The hardest part of work would probably be the heavy lifting, but the best part is seeing the job completed before going on to the next one

•	Answering High Volumes of phone calls/ Inquiries daily.
•	Collecting payments for union dues and clothing
•	Daily cash
•	Scanning and mailing out paper work.
•	Balancing and completion of daily bank deposit
•	Extensive use of Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Work is scarce, never enough to qualify for membership, if there is enough to get in the first place. Usually the same for everyone on the crew. never had a job with IW 720 for longer than three weeks.

Great company to work for very respectful employees , all in all a great place to work never had any issues with the company very understanding people i would recommend this company to anyone.

Every day was different. Physical work. Lots of travel. It’s possible to make lots of money. Benefits are good. Lots of working in poor weather but sometimes the view is really nice.

Learned a lot over the years. Very happy with what I’ve been taught, the education you’re taught in structural steel is top notch. The guys are great to work with.

I love being an Ironworker as every job site is different. You learn so many things and get to meet so many people.
