A typical day at work is when i had to do three peoples job which i had to do different duties.
i learned how to administer medication,how to provide ADLs care for the individual, i learn how to serve meal, housekeeping, washing and bathing individual .
i help manage the individual banking activities
i found my work flexible and easy i cant really think of the hardest part in my job
the most enjoyable part is creating interesting program for the individual

Jodal Health Care is an agency that provides health care service for group homes. It requires that employees have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as the job role involves meeting new people all the time.

As a service provider in the health care industry, it provides an invaluable service to the industry that it supports on a daily basis.

The typical day at work was when we short staff and the weather was bad that make it difficult to request for more hands. In the house, we have 18 individuals with two staff, eight on a wheelchair, four on special care. I learned to be hardworking and prioritize functions starting from simple to complex. Management compensates by giving us one day off duty

Being  part of casual worker in the above mentioned agency has really helped me in been exposed to working with special people with developmental challenges and care, supported them in all necessary ways. . I was also oppourtuned to meet kind supervisors that are ready to direct me rightly in the job.

The training instructor displayed a significant lack of professionalism by being rude, belligerent, and condescending towards participants. This behaviour was particularly disheartening as it contradicted the lessons on client professionalism that were emphasized during the course. 



Productive place to work. A typical day at work invloves taking crae of client and writing reports. The hardest part of the job is when there are not many people on the shift. The enjoybale part is when everyone shares respobsilities.

Involved with the shifts being offered to me for help with the client service team at the same location and also assigned the role of the team coordinator for more than 14 staff members who would be assigned to me

I enjoyed working with the members and they I learnt its good to be so compassionate about other people who needs our care and the management is very ok.
when my members are happy it makes me so happy

They bring out the best in you and the staff are friendly ... I don’t think you will ever regret working with them because they have more shifts and flexible schedule
