What is the best part of working at the company?
It was good at the start after 3 months it gets bad too much equipment and not enough mechanics to work on equipment. Atmosphere gets bad also

Time lines , not enough mechanics for the amount of equipment they have

Not good  do not feel that you are part of the group

Stress full not appreciated  under the gun to get the unit out the door so things get missed and quality of work is lacing

Very professional team, great teamwork and support from management

It's stressing when things are moving slow

Very friendly, open and supportive 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Starting with toolbox meeting and then following up on orders, completing and assigning new to the drivers
Whole day busy doing multiple tasks

Drive to Northern BC and Yukon with tridems and B Trains Management treats you with respect. People like working here for the most part Refunds for expenses on the road are quick and accurate. Just missing satellite communication because sometimes travel for hundreds of kms at a time without cell coverage 

Management like to ask you to do "this special job" for them and then when they mess up on the instructions (after being asked multiple times) then all of a sudden this is the drivers' fault things didn't get done right. There are no relationships between management and drivers they are totally anonymous from each other in words, actions and mentality. They make it very apparent that they are superior to any one that works for them.

I enjoy being treated as a person instead if a number. I have 35 years experience so I don’t need people constantly watching over me and appreciate the hands off approach with their most experienced drivers. Management are really easy to deal with. They appreciate hard work and compliance to company policies 

If you want to feel used and spit out at the end of every day with delusional management who cares more about if they can get a case of beer than their own employees, this is the place for you. Not only will you be expected to work 7 days a week, on the Monday after your 3 hour weekend, you will get a 4 hour face ripping and humiliated in front of the entire company. Do yourself a favour and just save the application. P

They will not pay Overtime hours. They disregard your actual working time and pay however they see fit. They do not have the best interests of the drivers in mind. The hiring process is a joke. I was shoved out the door before I even obtained TDG and WHIMIS. I would not recommend working for these guys. You will feel like the wool is being pulled  over your eyes and you will be right.

I thoroughly enjoyed working here. You are given plenty of opportunity to learn as much as you want to learn. Fast paced environment, but relaxed as everyone seemed to help each other out to be successful. Salary is fair, and management is very easy to talk to. If you want to get into the transportation industry, and learn all you can about it, this is the place to be.

Wake up to your free trip Drive as many miles on as you can sleep repeat

Being yelled at by the owner Mr. R Jones. Treats other dispatchers like trash . No group insurance benefits. Very limited access in the building. No regular time off.
