The management's habit of implementing new policies without ever seeking employee input displayed a lack of consideration for their staff's opinions and needs. This not only led to widespread dissatisfaction but also had a detrimental impact on morale throughout the company. My supervisor, in particular, proved to be heartless and unsympathetic, piling on immense pressure without regard for our well-being or work-life balance. The toxic work environment was further exacerbated by office politics, where favoritism and behind-the-scenes maneuvering seemed to dictate career advancement rather than merit or hard work. 

The negative environment makes a hellish working place, and that's what it feels like here. Leadership openly distrust their staff's abilities which not leaves urgent issues (and clients) hanging. They don't support employees; they always look for their amount, NO on time pays, unexpected cuts in each and every month salary. Before joining with them, they will promise to fulfill all our requirements and after joining, everything is different. I am lucky that I have moved out from this h*ll. 

THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A BIG JOKE! Management has absolutely no sense of professionalism and unable to trust their employees to perform their tasks independently, leading to constant oversight and interference.  Another major concern is the frequent delays in salary payments. Employees often find themselves waiting longer than acceptable for their wages, causing unneccessary financial stress. If you don't want to dread work every single day, then don't even waste your time applying at this company.

Working here was an absolute disaster. The upper management was completely incompetent, making every event a chaotic mess. They never communicated properly, leaving us scrambling last minute to fix their mistakes. The way they treated employees was downright disrespectful, showing zero appreciation for our hard work. They ignored our suggestions and concerns, creating an incredibly frustrating and toxic work environment. Overall, it was a miserable experience, and I wouldn't recommend anyone work there

Working conditions over here were terrible. Employees were treated like robots whose only purpose is to work. Breaks were scarce, but managers often made people work during their break without any compensation in return. Pay was terrible, yet the expectations for employees were unreasonably high, and if you fail to meet those expectations, the company will not hesitate to let you go. 

Jobs Canada Fair is hostile with no moral compass or leadership. They try to say they want diversity and inclusion so they allude to a great atmosphere to hook new employees, but the result is disappointment and being severely underpaid in comparison to competitors. Expect extreme micromanagement and insecure managers unwilling to listen to feedback. STEER CLEAR AND AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE!

For how little this company pays its employees, it sure does enjoy working them to the bone. Expect brutal workloads, long hours, and minimal breaks that you won't even get to have because you'll be forced to work through them. You'll be fatigued and stressed, yet won't have much to show for it with how terrible the salary is. 

But there's nothing exceptional about Jobs Canada Fair. This company is honestly poorly run, and there are very limited opportunities available for the employees. The lackluster leadership does not prioritize improving the company and the workplace. The managers are okay and contented as long as the employees just do their jobs. 

The job security was simply terrible here. All employees were living with the fear of losing their jobs and had no reason to love the workplace. It made the people rude, disrespectful, hostile, and toxic toward everyone. It was awful. The management did nothing to improve the situation but made fake promises. Don't trust them, ever!

Nobody cares about me, blatantly neglected, and terribly compensated. Management sees me as another part of a machine that doesn't tire or get stressed. I only get minimal breaks and even that time I got no one else to talk to, felt all alone and it felt horrible!
