Joeys Only Seafood

Working here was a good experience for customer interaction, working under pressure, problem solving, and handing money. I had a lot of fun meeting new individuals, getting regulars, and enhancing my skills to become a better employee. The restaurant was family owned, and management was very friendly, helpful, and understanding. 

The some things I would change about Joey's Only is that they are quite understaffed, which makes it hard for a part-time employee to get more than one shift a week, or to take a day off. At my location we also had to pay for our own food during our shifts and we didn't get any breaks. 

I don't think this applies to every Joey's Only location, it all will depend on the management.

The company treats Franchisees as partners. They train to set you up for success with a 8 week training course in their corporate location, and support is great from the time you walk in to your location.

slow days, progression was limited after sale of restaurant to private ownership.  the workplace culture was good.. over all it was a good experience.

Endless opportunities..coming to work  everyday was like meeting with your friends and family...always exciting. I would recommend anyone joining the JOEYS team.
