I've worked in many places before coming to John Brooks, but nowhere could they match the level of help you get from your co-workers when starting, family feeling you feel when coming to work, being valued by the management as a person with ideas, rather than a number in many other places.
I work from home four days a week, and they provide all you could ever need to work properly, including more training than you could wish for. Every single person is there to help you, be it in your team or within another team.

Was a good experience working there,good team spirit.I have learn that no matter how well known a company is..when I worked inside the warehouse it wasn't the case,I had compliments of my job many times which was a  good encouragement.Unfortunately it was not well organize and environment there wasn't satisfying.

Management is toxic. No accountability. They expect you to start working with minimum training. There’s a lack of communication between the process throughout the organization. You need to be very resourceful otherwise you will be set for failure. 

A typical day would include a busy phone and I was constantly learning the different products.  My co-workers were more than helpful and they had a lot of fun.  I enjoyed the constant communication with other employees from other cities and that sometimes was the hardest because of time change when you need help.

The hours or work where good, 10 am to 6:30 pm.  The people I worked with where fun to be around and I enjoyed the interaction.  It was too bad the company had to go through re-structuring and I was laid off.

At John Brooks, you are not just a number. Multigenerational Canadian ownership (85 years family owned) really cares about the person - very empathetic. Significant growth over the past decade with no signs of slowing down. Lots of growth opportunities.

Good , solid mid size company.  Not much advancement and not using best practices.  Senior manager wants to retain control and not delegate various activities eg./ engineering, sales, marketing, etc.

Good Company to work with. Good People, good attitude.

amazing company to settle down.  

I would recommend John Brooks as a great company to work in professional environment.
