The owners don't have the ability, skills, education or experience to run a $50 million company. They have no management skills whatsoever. They mix personal feelings with business, and they have no professional ways to resolve issues. They have very poor visibility of the business and they make decisions according to their gut feelings. They are very poor listeners. You try give suggestions, but they always know better than you. They have huge ego, and because of that you will never succeed. 
There is no recognition of well job done, but they will slam on you if there are mistakes. Also, many times they put focus on insignificant things rather than placing support on more important things.
The culture is that associates either pickers or replenishers or drivers are the ones doing all mistakes. 
Owners get into your responsibilities obstructing your work, then they will rebuke you of why things have not done or have not done differently.
Very poor culture. You are either the best employee or the worse and you are out.

This company is good at first and than they start to show their true colours. 

Customer Service Team Lead, is a Nasty, miserable person (and is proud of it too-- these are her words). She talks to you like you don't understand and will put the blame on the new hire (even if she or her daughter make the error). 

The pay isn't that great for the work and time that you give. Hours are the only good thing and the discount on the products. 

I would STAY AWAY from here, if you are going to work in the office. They move like a Clique and if you don't fit in, you are out.

Jonluca is an amazing company to work with some great leaders to give you the right direction every time. The work life balance is great too as they provide flexible work timings if you have some personal commitments.The management has an open door policy where they always welcome your suggestions and ideas.  It feels great to work with a growing company.

Jonluca Enterprises is an amazing company to work with. Everyone works hard together and support one another to get goals done. It's family run so having family values is a must! As long as you are a hard working, commited, eager to learn individual, you can grow here!

Good company,  good people... be ok, and they will be ok to! Simple is that. I work for Jonluca over year, and I can't sayet nothing wrong. People cam, and go... but they don't want to work so... don't expect be pay for nothing!


The main people are all wonderful, they are great role models who truly care about their employees, and it shows. There is always lots going on due to the nature of how many products they have, and how many stores they service 

Very organized and good management. Amazing managers, fun-loving managers, happy place to work. Great work culture, helpful people, everyone works with sincerity.

Fast paced, family run, friendly.
Limited advancement due to size.
Lot's of balls in the air at the same time, need to be nimble.
Difficult to be proficient at any one skill, need to move quickly.
Good learning ground.

Good work with friendly environment and all are very nice to you if u do any mistake all will help and solve you and very friendly nature of supervisor as well as employes.they respect of new guys and really help them
