KC is a great place to work. As their operations grow, they are supporting their employees to grow with them. Leadership training and lots of other educational opportunities offered when the need arises. They pay for lunches and drinks regularly, as well as employee raffles/competitions. Employee and production focused environment. Management are approachable and fair. 

It feels great to work for a company with a great environmental ethos as they have become an industry leader in lead acid battery recycling. As a younger employee - I love my day to day job and I'm consistently given new tasks that excite me to come to work every day and I go home with a feeling of satisfaction.

health and safety is only a priority when it is convient to managment, frequently let go of employees and dump the extra work on existing employees with no recompense. the culture is bad because nobody cares about more than the end of the day. Never any parts to fix broken machines, constantly told to just deal with it or just make it work. little forethought into what is needed to help employees succeed

A topical day at KC consists of trying to do your job and management coming along to make your job more difficult because they had a great idea that doesn’t work! The culture is terrible only because of management. The people that work there are great! Best part of working at KC is you can take as long of break as you want with no repercussions!

Stressful  no culture always feel like your walking on egg shells

Long and stressful never let you know what to do

Look elsewhere if you wish to be valued. Poor morale low retention no training. Absolutely no job security and useless benefits. If you enjoy salve-like working conditions and psychotic overlords, this place is for you! 

I would never recommend working here

If you work hard. Try your best. In due time you will be noticed, then other opportunities will come up. You can sail through the rankings if you give it your all. If you do get hired just make sure you work hard ! 

The most pathetic company in trail bc. Management is the worst I've ever seen in my life stay away from this toxic environment. Management is completely fake to your face then just talks behind your back never trust them. 

You have to love change and a quick pace to thrive here.  KC is going places and is determined to make an impact in the circular economy.  It's amazing to stop and look back to see at all the progress we've made as a team.

good place to work.the work is not always clean and you have to work hard.the management is always helpful.good breaks.I learned a lot of new things.cool corporate parties in winter and summer.

Very poor management and super unsafe work space with big lack in direction and blame operators for poor productivity when lack equipment maintenance and lack of spare parts
