As a former employee, I can confidently say that the work environment in this company was highly toxic and unprofessional. There was a lack of respect, trust, and communication among the management and employees, which caused a lot of frustration and stress in the workplace. 

In addition, the workload was often overwhelming, and there was little to no support or recognition for the hard work and dedication of the employees. Instead, the focus was solely on meeting unrealistic deadlines and achieving high profits, regardless of the impact on the employees' well-being and job satisfaction. 

I strongly urge you to think twice before accepting a job offer from this company. Your mental and emotional health should always come first, and working in a toxic environment can have serious negative effects on your overall well-being. Please do yourself a favor and look for a workplace that values and respects its employees."

They flooded you with inaccurate information, make you follow a health code from a different provinces.

Salary increase based on performance is not followed properly, takes about 2 month to get a proper raises. I've been there for a while and they changed the procedure several time.

Management is a laughing joke, expect you to take several decision for the good of the restaurant, only to be written up.

The hardest part of the job is trying to not laugh at the upper management making stupid decision and firing half of their staff, and expect you to be working unpaid overtime.




The organization is in complete chaos, turnover is extremely high. The organizational structure is constantly changing and some junior level employees are given managerial roles with no credentials to back up that decision. 

I would not recommend anyone to work here, no clarity in goals and responsibilities. Pay is very average and no regular adjustments or pay raise/bonus. 

The company does not encourage  or put resources for learning and development. Employees have no area for growth.

DO NOT WORK HERE. Possibly the worst tip out structure among all the "high end" restaurants in Toronto. This is the place where Managers makes double the tips of servers and doing less work. The tips are also confidential and are never shown to servers, so we never know how much each person gets each day. Also, workplace harrassment has been an issue here and a lot of servers have left because of that. AVOID at all cost.


At Kinton Ramen, it's a place with very friendly staff, the tips are good and you get paid directly to your checking account.
However, they give the minimum amount of hours to work, and always press you to do it as quickly as possible.
Some directors are not polite and even prejudiced towards non-Japanese

The pay is solid. The customers and enviornment are good.  But the management team and the co-workers can be hit or miss. There were some people that were very supportive, and others were actively hostile, toxic or unprofessional. 

Management failed to deliver on promises given during the interview period and are not trustworthy. 

I was told by friend and he tell me how good I help is family and I tell how u can help my family too so think of sending a message to see how it go so pls let see how u can help me too with the good jobs u offer 

Highest levels of upper management are out of touch with operations on the ground. Drastic restructuring needs to occur from the top downwards to see any improvements for this company

I have had a fantastic experience working as a delivery driver. This company truly values its employees and provides a supportive, efficient, and professional work environment.

You can grow fast with the company. Good work place to improve yourself. Lucky to work with great team together. Recommend to someone who want to dive into service industry.
