What is the best part of working at the company?
There really isn’t any best part.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management does not appreciate the dedication and the loyalty their employees have. 
Lack of training for new employees.
Supervisors do not interact with shop floor employees, the union is weak.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Boring most positions you work alone, there isn’t much interaction between other employees. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Heavy lifting machinery is old and broken down. Employees aren’t give. Adequate work instructions which inhibit employees from doing the best possible job.

This facility is so unorganized and dis functional- the culture is tainted- the management team is dysfunctional and the facility is falling apart and outdated- machinery is barely maintained and band aid fixes are in place and are left in place - safety is not a priority- lockout does not exist and safety checks and safe working standards are not applicable at this facility- 12 hr shifts are ok if you don’t mind them but be prepared to work additional hrs because they cannot schedule a production week if there lives depended on it —

Worked with Supervision and trades to generate and plan work orders.
Reviewed work entered in the CMMS system and created sub work orders if required.
Attended scheduling and production meetings to better plan any planned work orders.
Participated in TPR and EIT meetings to promote employee involvements and a better place to work.
Proudly accomplished the Gold Award for Maintenance Excellence
Main Champion for the CMMS system implementation and training

Amazing work atmosphere best people to work within the company supervisors are always there to talk about internal issues and problem solving allows in joyed the work , it’s fast past atmosphere you have to now what you are doing operating machinery and doing QC check’s often for best production 

Sometimes I feel things/planning could be better organized, from behind the scenes.  There seems to be so much excess material cut that could be processed.  Also, in some areas the training could be better, instead of just putting new workers in charge of quality production. Other than these things, I am very satisfied with the company. 

never fix just replace the bandaid. it all about working unsafely but pretending to be safe.  just do what they want or your the bad influence.  can't understand how they haven't been closed from poor work conditions 

Very dusty work environment. The company is unionized, but I didn’t feel employees received much support. Profit-sharing is a benefit, but management is extremely strict. There are few opportunities for growth or advancement. Overall, I would not recommend working here.

Fast paced, always learning new things.  
Company is growing.  Stable environment.
Constantly busy.  Makes the workday go by quickly
Responsible for 15 employees while doing my own position.
Most enjoyable part of the job is that I contribute to a finished product and am proud of what I do.

Good place to work and good pay…
Just be careful when working at the back especially when doing things at the furnace. I dunno if my workmates are still here but they are awesome and well experienced. You have to listen to them and do what is good for you and what you’re comfortable with when working here. Oldie but goldy.

Team are great to work with we all work as one and excellence
12 hour continental shifts are the hardest on you and family time 
the experience is great and supervisors are always willing to teach you new equipment and responsibilities, as a team and sole worker
