The mill had great trades/skilled people worker there. Unfortunately everyone has a giant workload and HR/management is unwilling to hire more people to disperse the load. They are also unwilling to give raises in lieu of lack of help.
The morale is incredibly low, and likely going to lead to even more skilled trades leaving. When someone leaves, it takes forever for their position to be rehired, if the position is even posted at all. Almost like people know what a nightmare it is to work there.
They boast about the work/life balance they offer, and all of these opportunities to advance, but literally just tell you to work harder to cover for all the help you don't have once you are part of the "team".
If you are skilled, have a trade, or any kind of experience, save yourself the headache of working here and look anywhere else for employment - this place is a giant let down

Management constantly lies or "omits" information

Work environment is stressful, the culture is fake. The people you work with are the culture, unless you dont fit in.


What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Come in, sit in an office and coordinate with groups, have co-workers talk s*** about you and work on projects to eliminate your position. Go chill with the real people outside the department or on the floor.
