With my experience at Kent homes I've never felt any stressful part.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You go there do your part and your done at end of day in positive notes

a typical day at work you go to work in the morning you go to your job sight, I've learned how to do drywall,frame,a little roofing,plaster.my co-workers where grate people to work with we got along and work well together the hardest part of the job is cutting the drywall making shore its on the right side and measure the most enjoyable part of the job was you could ask any questions you had to the co-workers

Kent homes was a good job everyday was the same i started as the insulation installer so i had a dirty job but it was good pay. the management was good they knew what to do all the time and they were always willing to help. Everyone knew what they were doing and if they didn't there was always someone that helped out. Long hours was the only thing i could see as the con of the job but it was lots of money so i didn't mind. 

A mix of mostly unskilled labour to a few skilled professionals. Management push to BEAT deadlines over Lesser quality, “hidden” mistakes are allowed. 
“That’s good enough” was a common decision.

Extremely toxic work environment. Outdated work mentality and aging work force present difficult and unnecessary hurdles. Very unprofessional work environment, with way too many allowances for personality differences, as In so and so cant be int he same room as so, so we will have to have 2 meetings to convey the message. WTF!

Fun place to work, I enjoyed helping people design their dream home. I learned a lot about drawings and what was required for building codes.  I really enjoyed going to work everyday. I got along with management and they gave me extra work and trusted that the work would get done.

I started at Kent's in 2024 in Safety Admin and then moved into sales and marketing admin.  I love the atmosphere and excitement of this job.  Very supportive and positive environment! 

I liked working their and learned a lot from my co-workers and from the journeyman plumber that trained me.  Was able to do a lot of different plumbing jobs and learned a lot.

Do not work here if you would like job security. Very biased and do not treat employees like people. Very toxic work environment for management. No delegation or focus on larger issues.

Kent homes is a great work place with lots of fun energetic people. The shifts are amazing. The workers are willing to teach. Kent homes is the greatest place to work.
