Relaxed atmosphere I enjoy it since it's a stress-free environment

Finding a place to rent when the camp is booked full seems to be the only stress I've encountered yet

Relaxed low pressure no stress good people for management other employees are friendly and it's overall a good place from my experience sofar

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Tail gate meeting in the mornings to address safety concerns and the days equipment line up and tasks planned for the day pretty basic as is most places then your Free to do your best work without people breathing down your neck or watching your every move which every one hates so this company puts trust in your skills and judgment on projects

Stress free environment always have work on the go.

Their willingness to train. And the crews are awesome. Always paid on time

When the foreman’s chose to rush employees

The work environment is great

Enjoyable. Fast paced. It’s a great day when equipment is up and running

They called everyone back to start the rotation an laid everyone off 2 hrs into the first shift without notice. Everyone was told we were workin till dec19 an off for 2 weeks   An without notice laid off 60 ppl. If you plan on working with the company don’t expect a permanent position ur not an employee your just a number on the list. There’s no benefits

The crew was wonderful that I worked with the management the same

Not a long lasting job contract

Great friendly and down to earth

Get up eat go to work and repeat

Supervisors = inexperienced and disorganized 
Culture = extremely clicky 
Expectations = scrubbing toilets to running equipment depends on supervision’s mood and what you will put up with
Moving up = sleep with supervision 
Job security = sleep with supervision


Was a great place to learn new operating methods and a great experience for myself. I got to run many different dozers and was always helped out by a supervisor if I had any questions. 

Great way to start a career on the mining/civil industry or great place to get a second chance in life ! 
Definitely need to be open minded to work here and willing to work 

Expect to do anything for them as they may need more done then what you are hired for with no advancement in pay ,food that was offered sucked till the next job but thats only because we had 150 for loa

Decent camp, great set of guys!! Face paced!! Only thing I would change would be their salary, definitely a little under paid for the type of work you do for sure, but all in all great place to be in the beautiful BC
