It is worth noting that Kia West Edmonton changed ownership in late 2018, and the difference between the old ownership and the new ownership is night and day. I worked for the old owners for 2 years, and the new owner for the past 3 years, and I have experienced a dramatic increase in work-life balance, pay, position title, and enjoyment of my day-to-day responsibilities. You can expect to work with an amazing group of managers and staff who work together as a team, communicate, and strive to lift each other up. The new owner is very educated about the car industry and makes very smart decisions regarding inventory and staff. It is still the car industry, meaning hours are still a little long sometimes, but the more you work, the more you make! Pay plan is the best in the industry for sales and finance, and the culture is very relaxed and friendly. 

Bad just horrible not a safe place to work at stay away from this company just read this and understand what msg I.Am trying to convey here everyone is lazy here and does hack jobs it shows up when customer bring back damaged vehicles that are damaged by  employees  the management tell them how to do it and hence the end result is damaged goods the worst management I have ever seen don't  help thier business because you will end up doing everyone's stuff and get blamed for everything and treated badly not the best place at all

A typical day was spent interacting with many clients and dealing with all aspects of the deal from credit applications to reviewing and signing of documents with clients. Worked closely with all departments within the dealership and scheduled all deliveries to coordinate with service schedule. Explained all products and services to customers that had to deal with financing, insurance and warranty options along with protection packages for vehicles.

Don’t recommend working at any dealership involving “Daytona Auto Group”. Wouldn’t recommend any dealership involving this ownership - especially if you have morals. The owner is fine with scamming everyone, stirring up drama between staff, and behaving erratically and unprofessionally.

Avoid this place at all costs. Sales managers are very shady and cater to those who suck up to them. The service department is amazing unfortunately they are stuck with a terrible sales team

Poor management and not a friendly place to work. No retail pay only warranty and the hours are terrible. I would never work here again as the management is bullies 

Kia West Edmonton is a family owned dealership that provides a fun professional environment for it's employees.  The owner is a great guy with a great mind for the car business.

Nice people, bad hours, mangers don't know what to do when it comes to reception duties. hardest part of the job is keeping yourself busy when there is nothing to do.

Great management fantastic pay and a nice fun environment.  I would highly recommend working here! Easy to get along with almost everyone and its a family run business.
