The place is pretty messed up. They have nobody in management that understands trucking or warehousing. The new boss is a chef which doesn't make any sense to any of us. They took away everyone's seniority with silly new pay structure. Now a lot of us just refuse to do the hard jobs because we aren't paid enough to do them. A lot of nepotism in promotions. I just kinda shake my head most shifts watching the disorganization and wasted time. I think our parent company needs to come in and clean house in order for anything to really change. I doubt the place is making any money with the way it runs at the moment.    

They use and abuse good employees. Promotions are not given to those that earn it. They will tell you what you want to hear just to keep you and then never deliver. If any supervisor or manager above you doesn't like you, you will be watched like a hawk, just to be made an example of if a mistake is made. No matter how minor it is. And you definitely don't want to stand up for yourself when they try to belittle you. 
Bend over and take it, or they will make it miserable for you. 

The job is easy. As long as you can handle working in -18° every day.

The pay and raises are decent. Which is why ppl tolerate the abuse. 

I am really enjoying working with the company so far; the management and my colleagues are all super kind and understanding. There is a really upbeat work culture in this company which allows for great work-life-balance. Everyone seems to get along with each other while having fun — but always gets their work done.  I’ve never worked at a place where I genuinely felt that everyone was welcoming and made it fun to be at work. There’s a lot to learn and lots to do, it’s never boring. I’m having a really amazing time here and I think most people would too!

Its a crazy place. Management has all kinds of big words to make it sound like they are doing something. But it just keeps getting worse. Simple things like checking outbounds could stop so much wasted time, energy, and money. But nobody has any real understanding of how warehouses work. They just keep putting up affirmation signs and saying nice things and somehow think that will fix the place. 

Very disorganized. No motivation. Pay is lower than other warehouses. No bonus or incentive program. Management never even walks in warehouse. A lot of gossip and affairs and rumors. A lot of ongoing issues with WCB. No cameras in warehouse so people just mess around instead of working. New general manager is not suited for this type of work and doesn't have any knowledge or experience. Overall its pretty depressing place and doubtful to change any time soon. 

Its really busy. They have chronic worker shortage. It was better before, but it has gotten a lot worse in last year under new management. Pay scale is very unfair with new untrained employees being paid the same as experienced long term employees. Never any thanks for job well done. No bonus or incentive program. Dirty and at times unsafe work environment. 

Great place to work. Manager are very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about their departments. Account service representative training was thorough and lots of time available for help. The customer service manager is very knowledgeable about the industry, she is always super helpful. HR is super professional and involved. She cares about everyone and is super friendly.

Good team work and friendly environment.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I did face any screenful part only the thing if some one have to work in freezers is hard .

Friendly environment helpful for each other multi cultural.

No flow or direction. Mangment doesnt understand anything that's going on. Supervisors are all just yes man that never get off their butts. Its amazing watching the place flail around each day. People get paid for more hours of standing at the heater than actually working. No tacking system. Dont believe the wage they advertise because you'll be chasing your paycheck almost all the time. Doubt it will be in business much longer

Reward the laziest workers, management at each other necks. In both buildings competition between each other, lack of pay, rumors of affairs going on, gossiping is full time here. never want to get work done, slow workers, overall run,  this place is a joke. Just run,   alot of worker smoke weed befor work during work and after work,  also vape in warehouse and freezer,  if your a hard worker and want to get work done get a career Just run from here.
