Without making it sound like a cult: Ever since the interview process, I knew there was something special about Klue. The people are kind and welcoming, but also skilled and ambitious at what they do. You're given tools, resources, and support to help you succeed in your role and career. The company places a heavy emphasis on work/life balance. There's a lot more to say, but some of the most important points are:

- Freedom and autonomy to work on your own and try new things; there's no micromanaging involved
- While there are senior and junior roles, everyone is without ego; people never have the "I'm more experienced than you, therefore we should do it my way" kind of mindset
- WFH, even after COVID, and flexible hours
- Unlimited vacation policy, and there's no guilt tripping or shaming people for taking time off; taking vacation time is encouraged

I've been with Klue 6 weeks and it's obvious they put as much effort into the culture as they advertise. Everyone is hard-working, growth-oriented, supportive and welcoming. You can tell they have a very-high performing culture but also give you the tools and resources you need to be successful and keep up. They have a lot in place for career development planning. Vancouver office is beautiful, central and well-equipped with meeting and collaboration spaces. The sales team isn't cut throat and is incredibly helpful and encouraging. You can tell this is a company that makes you want to elevate, learn and be the best version of yourself.

If you're looking to develop new skills and be supported along the entire way this is the place for you. Klue has:

- No such thing as a dumb question you are pushed to ask lots of questions and will always be supported with answers when you do ask.
- Coaching that is constantly pushing you to do to better and helping you to sharpen your skills. Seriously never worked at a company before where I've felt so supported in my development. They truly care about helping you become a better person and a top performer.

As an intern, I got to work on independent projects without micromanagement. Gave me the freedom to brainstorm problems and solutions, Learned new things with constant support of the team. Whenever I needed help, the team was there with their best advice. It's a work hard, play hard culture. My work always received recognition, and I wasn't questioned in times I needed a break.

I don't even know how to describe the culture in words. There's this infectious positive energy. It's absolutely amazing! Everyone is so supportive, driven, and just plain ol' fun! I truly enjoy working with every single person at Klue.

Klue is on an upward trajectory and creating it's own industry. A type of opportunity that feels few and far between. There's natural growing pains and things feel messy or unstructured at times. Not a negative but just be sure that's the type of environment you want to dive head first into. 

Overall, love it here and feel proud to be a part of this amazing company! 

Klue is awesome. They have had a phenomenal culture from the start, but the impressive part has been seeing it maintained and even improved as they have grown like crazy over the past 6 years. This is no small feat.

Klue has a really great creative environment. People are supportive, curious, accountable, collaborative and passionate. Everyone cares and hustles, but there is also a really healthy work/life balance. Before working at Klue I ran a creative agency and worked with hundreds of companies big and small over the past two decades. It’s very rare to see a culture/environment as healthy as Klue’s.

Culture and diversity is very important to me, and it's nice to work for a company that understands everyone has potential

Klue is a great place for self-starters, as there are very few roadblocks for people with initiative. On the flip-side though, there isn't as much existing process as structure as with larger organizations.



Really diverse and smart group of builders, everyone really understands what the vision is and creatively shares ideas to get there. 
You're challenged and pushed outside your comfort zone by the people around you to try new things and execute on great things.
There's a lot happening, and a ton of transparency. We have new people join every week.

Klue is a wonderful place to work! You are empowered to own your role and able to build out processes/initiatives that improve workflows on your team. The people are great as well - supportive, inspiring, and incredibly hardworking. Being a start-up there is definitely still quite a bit of learning on the go and there can be long hours. However, there's a lot of support there when you need it.
