My day would start by a quick coffee in the morning with the boss & co-workers and discuss the day. We would all be assigned certain parts of the building and told what had to be done. It included vaccuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping etc. The co-workers and myself got along great and we had a lot of respect for one another.The hardest part of my job was the long hours sometimes. The most enjoyable part was when we were constantly reminded of the great job we were doing.

A typical day at work would start from a full site inspection, including all paper work that had been noted during the night shift supervisors. It was a challenging job as I had to review the progress reports from the sub-contractors and deliver it to my project manager.
It was a great experiance as I got the oppertunity to erect and test a 500MVA auto transformer. I had a good support from my experianced co-workers. I also got to understand about management and planning of a construction project.

Working here is little hectic.
Every single minute is important and countable.
Every project is taken care according to the project charter and in proper time manner.
Most enjoyable part while working here is supportive staff.
Hardest part of the job is to deal with clients and fulfil their expectations.

all facilities provided transport,food,accommodation if you are on project site office.

I liked working at L&T and i enjoyed everyday at work. They have a very work friendly environment and a very good canteen for the employees. The break room is very fun and they a lot of things for a break session like TT table and carom board etc. I would recommend everyone working there.

Pretty average employer, good learning for youngsters and limited growth. Lot of red taps, needs to work with the bosses. Boss culture.

Very bad work life balance, used to work 50-60 hours a week.

Nice experience for junior or intermediate level developers.
IN terms of Salary less compared to average.

Pay rate is low and they have short term projects for few months but there are many projects and you may remain jobless for one month at the end of each project. but management is very nice and friendly.

Good company to work.Lots of leanng if you are a self learner. They provide transportation facility.However some managemnt is not good giving burden to junior staff
