This company trained within.  You had to learn the job on site because they don't teach you the ins and outs through school.  It is a very dangerous and physically demanding occupation.  In summer the plant can reach 45 Celsius and no air conditioning.  Winter is the opposite, very cold.

while laurel steel is a great company ith great ppl and aabove average safety program, it is exceptionally de=ifficult to get hired on full time. there is an abundance of temps, and they tend to hire family first. that being said they are a great company and if you can get hired on its totally worth it

dont dare to apply here its  culture and family related business   beware of  veteran old hunky punky motorcycle guy they are back fighter and racist  .most of them work in the company so long

Great place to work really nice people and the boss'are really nice to you and will here thing . If there is anything wrong . would love to go back to work for them I was just a temp back then 

I haven't had a job that good in years, great atmosphere, get people to work with, i dont have a bad thing to say about Laurel Steel. Only reason i left was because i was pursuing a career in mechanics.

There are lots of opportunities for the long term worker and great friends to be had....everyone helps and guides each other and keeps the work place safe at all times. They stay on top of their employees and support them in all areas....

The place is a hole and the supervisor garbage. They just take of advantage of temps with promise of a job and never get hired . Love taking advantage of people with promise to hire you

It really is a great company to work for. 
Pay is higher than most companies, overtime usually available. Profit sharing, benefits and a great bunch of people to work with!

Laurel Steel in a great place to work. Its shift work but the employees are great so it makes it worth wild. |Competitive wages and great benefit pakage
