My day starts up as early as 7:30AM and become a fast paste environment pretty quickly. My tasks are completed and tracked using Outlook and often I require speaking to others that are aware of issues that I take care of.

I learn a lot about the process and procedure of the clients that we work with regularly. I also pickup on technical aspect like SQL and Cabal programming which is important to the daily tasks that I complete. Our programmers are a big help to assisting with the work that I do and the type of support that is provided.
Management is willing to listen to any concerns that we may have and have often provided their guidance and show that our needs are important. I work with a number of people who are required to represent our company. Their efforts are always recognized by those around us. There is always a level of respect and kindness between individuals.

The co-workers that I work with provides the support to others when it’s needed. I find my co-workers kind and easy to get along with. I find there is always someone available to assist when you a problem.

The hardest part of my job would be the amount of hours that I spend working. There is always something to do and work on before a particular deadline.

The most enjoyable part of my job is to be recognized for a project I worked on or to have caught an error before the client was made aware. That truly is something worth getting up in the morning to go to work for!

Writing Specs and solutioning problems, Review overseas code, challenge in teaching overseas staff. Learned that it is a big challenge to work with overseas, Time differences and communication challenges make for slower development.Coworkers were knowledgable but exteremely busy. Hard part of job was testing as tesing data very scarce and not setup as production, Disoganization and rushing leads to high defects.
I liked the coworkers they were hard working and focued on solving issues as best they could.

You are bound to learn something from everyplace you been to, but there is focussed learning where the organisation invests in your career growth and development by offering a varied set of options.

My business was tough and hence did not enjoy a very good Work life balance but overall it is a good company.
Management is not used to taking tough decisions and appear weak. It is something that needs work at a  leadership level.

L&T Infotech being my first company helped me to groom into a good SAP BI consultant. I got lot of opportunities starting from a Software engineer, developer to as well groomed Project Lead & Coordinator. 

Peers here are very well trained & the organization has best pool of talent.

Hardest part of the job is its long hours of work.

Join here only if you don't have a second option. This is a company where if you are concerned about something, there is nobody who can help you. Management is all about lies, even when you take a written consent, they back off pretty easy. The HR section is crippled and entirely dependent on management response. 

This is L3 tech support. I will say if you can handle the stress of contantly dealing with high tech customers and respoinding to your managers why a tickets is taking too long, don't work here. It is hard word and alot of dedication. But overall it is a good company as you will gain wide expereince dealing with Microsoft Customers.

Since the company was been taken over by L & T infotech, everything was a mess. No consideration for existing employees or customers. All they were interested was in transfer of knowledge to their team in India and then get rid of the employees in Mississauga.

Very interesting place to work. Felt excited to work in Agile environment as part of the excellent team. We had  quite a diverse team and had a  lot of events to enrich our knowledge about another cultures.
