I fully enjoyed my first year, but with the pandemic the dynamic had completely changed. Old employees wouldn't return, people would quit, supervisors told me the parc gets worse every year and to jump at the opportunity to leave. I loved my coworkers, we would encourage and teach each other how to be more efficient. I learned how to teach new staff how to work in the kitchen and I would protect other cashiers from clients. I truly enjoyed my team. 

Management is not organized at all. I spent my first shift being sent from one side of the park to the other because no one knew where I was supposed to be assigned. 3 other employees were in the same situation as me. But I was lucky to be working for the fireworks afterwork. So I waa only doing 2 shifts per week. The rest was on call. I personally dont like being on call, so I left after one summer

Just awesome!!! I really like to work there! It was my first job and I was so afraid, but we were like a family and I felt so safe! Everyone over there’s so helpful !

I'm working in La Ronde as three different position. Absolutely, I can enrich myself in different aspects. But the most valuable thing I got from here is customer service skills.

I didn't work at LaRonde for long because of the distance between my home and LaRonde. But they have great benefits, it's fun. Everything depends on the position you occupy

My first job in the kitchen at the age of 17. I learned how to run the line, manage inventory and employees. The hardest part of the job was that some shifts were over 12 hours.

The break was paid and the boss is working with us on the floor.
