Management will present themselves as good and decent people, but they aren't. They talk about past employees like the former employee ripped them off, took advantage of them and their "good nature", and they will tell you one thing, then deny saying it, change their minds without warning, and simply change the rules on you midstream. If someone leaves the company, THEY are the victims, and they will accuse others of doing what they themselves do. They backstab, pit new employees against existing, and, they will support-bomb the new hires, then drop you. Not to be trusted, and expect to be lied to, overworked, and anything you say will be used against you. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
If you got done early you can go home and still get paid for the full day.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The lack of team work and communication was the worst. There are favorites so trying to excel your career there is very hard.


What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
A disorganized shiit show/free for all.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Summer = easy
Winter = slave labour

You work when it’s snows for the winter seasons and usually start around 7am and work until you done. Management is very nice and understanding with your situations and will work around for what works best for you though you are expected to take pride in your work. You only go out when it snows or is icey so work isn’t consistent.

Boss never sets out clear expectations is just rude all the time expects all employees to be on call rush in and work 18 sometimes 20 hours a shift.  Pay is not very great for what is expected of us.  Tired drivers broken down equipment makes it tough to do a good job. 

Work is based on the weather so it is unpredictable but there is always compensation and recognition for long days. In turn, there is also short days and numerous days off in a row if weather doesn’t force work. 

So this company takes too much work on. The owner is ungrateful . The manager always complains. Winter work always never no equipment for the new people .
