Started out well, but now its not a good atmosphere to thrive and succeed in. there is a Highschool like mentality amongst the tenured staff, office politics and drama are at an all time high here, the staff seem miserable day to day.  there is a high turn over rate due to lack of training and lack of professionalism amongst the business owner and his management team.

An average day on the job. Arriving late to work. Like every co worker around me. Never giving 100% effort with any task I do. Customers can be nice to deal with.
Management is very unprofessional and treat the staff poorly. If your not good friends with management you won't succeed. A good work ethic gets you nowhere when you work at Lawlor Safety. 1

Business is business. 
It was tough for them to let me go but the company was changing.
If you are like me I was knowledgeable of safety supplies they provided, as I used to be a customer. Their customers are kind.

The job isnt too bad, management needs to let their egos deflate if they plan on keeping quality staff members, a toxic environment provided by senior staff members and management.
