In the morning I first check my Outlook to see if there is any urgent or important matter so I can in consequence organize my work day. 
I learned to be alert and able to adapt and react to any urgent situation to be able to achieve my work according to high standard of professionalism and commitment. 
The workplace culture is more ethical and professional for permanent employees but need to be improved for non-permanent ones.
The hardest part of my job is to deal with the lack of respect of some of my colleges and unethical and unprofessional comment. 
The most enjoyable part is having access to the perspective and opinion of all Canadian across Canada about different subject of general interest and being able to gather it in form of different categories to be able to send a report for different analyst in the company in Montreal, Toronto and Edmonton.

What I discovered in my customer relations experience is that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved through teamwork and through the creative application of outstanding communications.
I got along very well with all my co-workers,as well as with my supervisors.
I found it a wee bit difficult,when I was doing an opinion survey,to not give my opinion in any amount,when the participant asked me what I thought about a specific topic.I generally do like to give my opinion,if I think it would benefit the situation.Being a professional interviewer,one can never give an opinion.
 I do like talking with people.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The very few connections I made with lovely coworkers. Other than that I would not recommend this company. They do not value hard work or credentials

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Multiple hierarchies and lack of clear direction and execution of your role 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Only those who have been with the company from the start are treated well. Anyone that was hired after the pandemic is seen as disposable. Therefore, the company culture is very divided.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Shift choice and casual dress. The work atmosphere is largely informal and now allows even remote work.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Uncertainty about work or shift availability especially n the summer.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Unfortunately the culture leaves a lot to be desired for interviewers as they are at the bottom of the scale.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It can be frustrating to maker many calls and have few completes as most of those who are called decline to participate in the interviews.

Calling numerous numbers throughout the shift, and getting to speak with people. As well as getting to convince and interest people to participate in the current survey, which benefits communication skills. It is a friendly environment, mostly because of the supervisors and co-workers. Fulfilling an hourly quota for certain projects can be a challenge, but this also gives the individual motivation to do so. The most enjoyable part of the job is the ability to choose your preference of hours every week.

The job itself is very repetitive and a bit boring. You get insulted by several people through the phone especially if you do not have a Canadian accent . The scheduling manager is very rude. The toilets in the building smell really badly. The pay isn't great either. Such a job should be paying more. Different Supervisors tell you different things so sometimes its hard to know what to do. The hours are also late.
However it does help you develop some interpersonal skills and you get to meet many people.

I got nothing to say about them really. it was a survey-type calling center. We called people to get a statistic and rate the certain places we called, such Toronto, Winnipeg, Quebec, etc.

They broke their own rules regularly, and flipped out if one of us did that. They never made any sense to me. However if it did and you can do it, there was always a spot open. I didn't stay here long at all.

- you can never be late
-you can not talk to anyone
-you have to be careful because the boss knows all the loop hole to not get caught by nom de travail
-they treat you like dogs
-there are no bonuses raises only every year if your luck
-they will kick you to the curb sooner then look at you
- they do not care about quality only quantity
-if someone on the higher floor doesnt like you be prepared to be demoted or fired, depending on how much they dont like you

It is a job that requires you to repeat the same phrases over and over for hours which doesn't allow it to be an everyday job. The job requires us to get interviewees to accept our surveys which makes it hard because once you let them know the duration of the project/survey that refuse to participate. The most enjoyable part of the job was that the hours were flexible and supervisors were understanding so there was a good relationship in the atmosphere.

All and all I did find it a good place to work, I found it easy to get people to complete surveys so I didn’t need that much help but it sounds like there was always someone there to help if you needed. The pay could be better as with a lot of these jobs but personally felt the ability to set my own work hours with a big variety of shifts and working from home made up for it a bit. Great flexible part time job.
