I couldn't be happier, Linxus Group is an amazing place to work at and it is a healthy and happy environment to be in.  The team I work with here is very supportive and helpful.  I have learned a lot here at Linxus Group being a recruiter and have enjoyed every aspect about it.  I wake up everyday happy that I am going to work and the management team and my co- workers are a great team to work with here.  There is only positive things I can say about working here at Linxus Group, nothing negative.  I am so lucky to have this amazing job with a great company!

Great work environment with an amazing team.  With offices located around the GTA, we have several team members.  Even though we are far apart from each other, its like having them right next door with the great communication that is provided.  Management is the best I have seen in my career as the truly want to see everyone succeed and will support everyone with no hesitations.

It’s an office full of lots of politics and little recruitment activity. “no KPI’s, 4 day work week, team environment” from your first day of work you can tell it’s just a bunch of smoke in mirrors. Most if not all employees are way under target…

You’ll get “needle in the haystack” type searches to work and unprofessional upper management to deal with. Any other agency is better than this place. 

Great place to work and everyone in the company is very helpful and friendly. Recruitment can be a high stress profession, but at Linxus Group that stress is significantly reduced in part because the employees are not being micro-managed at every step (unlike most recruiting agencies). The staff is also highly efficient and provide a great support system, and so I would highly recommend!

I recently joined the Company after working with a competitor for many years. I didn't just take the first offer that came along. I cast a wide net, accepted many interviews (12 to be exact), and considered a number of competing offers. I chose Linxus because their philosophy and culture most closely mirrored my own beliefs. I appear to have chosen wisely.
