They don't pay shift premium for afternoons or even the hardest working shift and one that gets blamed for everything night-shift.
Day shift are really just a big bunch of babys who cry about everything. Make parts for Honda, do more work then them but make far lass.

       They are always trying to see what "Bull" they can get away with like over-time with less then 24 hours, Taking credit for a 25 cent raise even though it was force by the Government. No respect what so ever for their employees. Not once they get the spelling to my last name right and i'm not talking the same mistake, we're talking ten different times. The H.R manager was fired for wsib claims from his last job but yet lti jumped at the chance to get him, so that should tell you the type of place this really is. 

       I could go on about how safty in that place takes a back seat to money, how i was let go but was given no reason even though i was full time with benifts or how if you punch out not even a min early they will take 15 min pay from you. But yet if you come in early you get nothing. My favorite is they have meetings with the whole shift 30 mins before every shift. Management will make people stand up and disrespect and belittle you infront of the whole shift. They will also stand up there and "cry and moan" about how bad things are going and how we keep getting problems on the same part with same people and how everyone is to blame and how it's fool proof and shouldn't be getting anything wrong with it bah bah bah bah but then they will keep putting the same person(s) on said same part. 

        They say that there's profit share but i only got it once and i got $130, want to guess what a Zone leader who's been there for ten years got? They got $160 what a joke. But higher ups will get $5000min plus on top of that they all got a paid vacation on top of that. There was a new manager who had only been there for six months, He got $25,000 "profit share" even though all he did was change the lines around that ended up making everything worst for the sole reason that it would save $30,000 a year but never told us how that worked  even though we were working harder and faster the way it was. After said change everything went to hell. After the manager  was given that $25,000 for only been there 6 months he was going around bragging about how much he was given, one of the employees had the balls to stand up and didn't like how he got so much and was even bragging about it and H.R had the nerve to suspend the employeee.


My final say and thoughts are. Disrespectful, Corrupted.
.The work wasn't hard at all i could do it in my sleep but management would change there mind how they wanted to do things everyday then blame you for doing yesterdays change today etc. It really comes down to H.R, Management and even some of the fellow peers. They all act like their pre-schoolers pretending to be high-schoolers pretending to be adults.

This place is awful. The lowest paid manufacturing facility in the area. Shifts cancelled with no notice, but then told you have to work overtime. Even if you have a part time job because you need it to makes ends meet it doesn't matter LTI expects you to work overtime. Management is awful, they all need to be replaced, qualifications don't matter, they just put their friends into positions of power. We receive zero communication from management, literally nothing. We were on workshare for almost two years and were never told anything. I have applied for 6 technician jobs, and have never been offered any. I and a lot of other people would leave if we could. So many to list, No communication, awful management, terrible supervisors, Long hours, shifts cancelled on a whim, Pray that you don't get sick and cant come to work because you will be disciplined for it, They expect you there no matter what, Same with bad weather, doesn't matter if you cant see the road, they expect you at work, Terrible pay, the top rate for GA's is still less than $20.00/hour, Too many to list, I want to leave so bad, but haven't found anything else yet, I know so many people who wish they could leave but can't

First off, the work itself is pretty easy but they like to throw you in different areas everyday with not much training. Computer use with a lot of positions. Have to be super focused because if you mess up, watch out. Not sure about dayshift but on afternoons the breaks were horrible. You don't get lunch until between 8-9pm so you basically starve to death. And the other breaks are only long enough to run to the toilet and back. Daily meetings which put you to sleep before you even start to work. If you like your weekends this isn't the place for you. They want you to sign something saying you're willing to work up to 60hrs a week when they're busy. 
People are friendly for the most part. It's a clean organized workplace. Room to grow. Nice cafeteria (which they get the workers to clean once a week).
Pay could be better for all the jobs they expect you to learn and they don't technically offer benefits. It's just a package that you have to pay out of pocket for. Hope this helps people to think twice about this place.

Pretty average place to work as far as a factory goes. People can be kind of cliquey but mostly decent to everyone. Pay is decent for the work, super repetitive and can get monotonous but hey like I said its a factory. They do make accommodations for people when possible, before I left on maternity leave I was offered easier lines and a chair if needed. There is a decent variety between how physically involved certains parts are to make so you can usually find something that fits you decent, though I will say if you're good at what you do on the harder parts they'll want to keep you on those lines because not many people want to do them. There is also definitely some favouritism, so make sure your supervisors and leaders like you lol

Management sucks. Quality sucks. Team leaders suck. This place says they’re all about sending quality parts but are actually more focused on making numbers so they send whatever they want. They say they have competitive wages but every other plant in the area starts at a higher wage. Plus everyone makes the same amount, whether you’ve been there 20 years or 3 months,  unless you’re in the office. They don’t give out bonuses. You get 2 weeks off for shut down and they don’t pay you for it. The hours are inconsistent. Sometimes you have a 3 day week and the next you’re working Saturday overtime. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. 

It is rewarding knowing that I have people who look up to me for answers.  They feel comfortable asking questions.  I get to know the people I work with, a good balance between work and home life.

The challenge of not having enough hours in the day to do my job, and give attention to my associates at times can be difficult.  I want to ensure they feel as though I listened to them when they talked... It goes both ways.  There are deadlines to meet, and depending on the job you do, not everyone understands or knows the extras that need to be completed.

Depending witch section your in I was in injection  u would just look at parts make sure no scratches or dents then put on rack

Haven't been working here long but so far it isn't too bad. The work is pretty easy sometimes and I haven't had much for heavy work yet. Not the best training but it isn't too hard to catch on. Some people are ok to work with but a lot of foreigners so can be hard to communicate sometimes. Some managers have attitudes too. The job isn't too bad for the pay compared to working min wage jobs that tend to be harder in my opinion. Some tasks are boring and really repetitive but could be worse.

Like the title says. It was a job. Nothing more nothing less. It's run by corrupt Hr and upper management. They have no idea how to run the place at all. Everyone in there is childish and it's like being in a high school where everyone just talks trash and spreads rumors about everyone. Super toxic workplace. They also get you in trouble cuz they changed something then get you in trouble for changing it back the next day.

Factory work was proven to be not for me. I got sick of always being on my feet on cement floors, the wage was very poor for a 20 year old student trying to pay bills, and the work itself was very boring and repetitive. The management was respectable and understanding, and the hiring process was very easy and convenient.
