Typical day of work is. You wake up happy. Get to work miserable want to quit after the first 10 minutes. 
I’ve learned that there is a lot of not so smart people out there and yes they do run company’s. 
management is so unpredictable unorganized brain dead. 
Workplace culture is good they guys that work there are amazing to work with but I feel they only stick around to for the pay. 
The hardest part of the job is going into work. You never know if your working the 8 hours or anywhere up to 15 hours. 
The absolute most enjoyable part about this job is either A. When you get to go home. B. When you finally pull your balls out of your butt and quit. 



Simply put - toxic work environment, everybody is walking around on eggshells around upper management. Unless you are part of the owners family or a high power client the experience is not one I would recommend for anybody.  Workplace morale is always low and most people are just working for the pay with no pride in their work. Certain office employees are extremely rude and arrogant to the point it is sickening to talk to them. Overall the divide between management and staff is too much to handle some days as management does what they want but expects everybody else to follow a different set of rules. 

standard concrete facility which is loud, hard on the body and dirty, learned that management only cares about profit and the product, workers comes second, poor communication from management and non-empathetic, no trust toward employees, favoritism for certain individuals, retention of employees is the worst I have ever experienced or heard of, 50+ per year quit or get fired. Not a career job or company.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The wage, some of the coworkers are pretty cool

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They lie about the hours in the job description you will have many 11-12 hour days 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Hostile at times at least when I was there

early morning can wear on you but you learn at a faster pace 
this lets you move up 
i found i had lots of opportunity to choose what i wanted but like most places you have to work your way up and show you want to be there 

As member of the quality control you will be under constant pressure by everyone, management, engineering and laborers but eventually is manageable. Job is pretty stable which depending on your aspirations can be good or bad.

This is a company that you can be working there for 10 years doing the same job but not further opportunities as carrier development.
The environment is very friendly but the compensation salary is pretty low

Work was hard but the pay was good ample opportunity for overtime if you were good at what you did they would place you in a better position supervisors were good and management interacted frequently with workers

Plant environment, loud working machines, steady day, regular brakes, great positive bosses who push you to succeed in anything you want to get to.

One of the best jobs I had.  Miss working there. Pay is great and the people are great to work with.  Would recommend working there to anyone.  Learned alot.
