Métro Plus

I work as a wrapper there, I am the one who's pushing the cart to the entrance and change the recycle machine when needed. Otherwise, I go from a cash register to another to help the customer wrapping their order. I personally don't enjoy the staff management, they schedule us in a sort of list order. The longer you stay with them the higher you'll get some hours. Although, it not very encouraging for newcomers considering they will get from 4 hours to 12 hours for the first 6 months. 

I'd recommend this job for those who are looking for a secondary job and are looking to make some cash on the side. Good for first job opportunity only

I liked to have my own list of things to do, that we each make, so I was autonome. I just didn't like doing the same thing every time I came in, I was the best in pastries so that's what I did every work day.

You have to be very efficient and ready to work at all times. They are not open minded to the new staff's needs. 
They were low on staff which meant that you could not take any vacation.

Had annual bonuses and schedule to fit my needs. People are nice and they really accomodate students, which was my case. Is this enough words? What about now? Good!

I like work at metro, it was a great experience for me. There was a lot of work to do but few staff from where it was overloading and tiring. But It was enriching for me

very dynamic environment. staff members are all kind and sympathetic. would return to work here in my retirement. not a very high salary though. I enjoyed my time here
