If you value safety, look elsewhere. Sure they provide PPE, but with limits. You work with several chemicals and wood. Slivers will put holes in your gloves. Get a new pair? No. Company needs to save money. This place cares more about how many bathtubs are built than safety or the quality of bathtubs. Safety committee is almost non existent. Supply issues and no place to store finished product equals time off. Extremely high turnover, which is why 99% of people who apply are hired on the spot. Expect several people missing every shift, and several more getting high on the job. 

Applied, and worked their about 1.5 weeks. Constantly pushing to go faster...while expecting you to follow their procedures...expect to be under a microscope for awhile...cameras everywhere and mangement running around with clip boards micromanging everyone. One manager in piticular with attitude and needs to be checked...favoritism and many clicks....mandatory overtime,  and poor ventilation. If you don't mind drama and favoritism....this is the place to work...they will hire you..and work you like a l dog..high turnover....

They have a good insurance plan, the facility is clean, and the employees are professional and always willing to help. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There is not much work at this time. You're never sure to get 40 hours a week.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very warm and productive. The post jobs are fun.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You work hard and the time passes really quickly.

It’s a job. It pays your bills then you go home. They hype it up like it’s a great place to work then you get two weeks of 9 hour shifts with a Saturday shift to boot. Most of the management is cool but certain supervisors and other employees make life unbearable. You get there drained and you leave worse off than how you were. Over worked and underpaid and not to mention under appreciated!

This is an amazing job for people who only have there highschool education. The pay is above minimum wage and is worth staying at and working your way up in the company. They have some very high paying jobs and have a great training program. The boss is an amazing guy who treats his employers fairly and with respect. If you work hard he will make it worth your time.

You will basically be hired on the spot because no ones wants to grind out bathtubs all day. And that's the job.... Grinding out bath tubs and showers all day. You'll roll a cart to your grind station, drill holes in for the drains, mark your edges and then cut out the bathtub. Super simple but it gets boring fast. 
Everyday is the same. 
The people there are great but the job isn't career material.

2.5 years working there and fired. No reason. Just thank you for your 2.5 years at the company. Employees are great. Management could use a lot of training. Nothing positive coming out of there mouths. No communication  lack of training. And they thunk they are better people then there employees. Took a lot away from the employees and still think they will be happy and continue working the same way

The job is hot the management doesn't care about anything other than getting there required by.ber of tubs they need out the door a day. They don't care about any problems you may have they just want you to do the job regardless of any difficulty accomplishing that job. No positive feed back on good hard work

I worked in the acrylic wing and it had its up's and downs. I had a sensitivity to the dust created, cutting and drilling the tubs. I felt like the main boss was a good guy however my supervisor and I didn't really get along. But the guys working there are hard workers and my paycheque arrived each week so it was a reliable paycheque.
