If you're looking for a stable/secure job (if you become permanent) and don't care about advancement this job is for you. Although the facilities are very nice, the salaries start low.  hard work is noted but not recognized when you apply for new positions and don't get them. It seemed that they always already had a candidate in mind lined up. Too many relatives/ family members, boyfriends & girlfriends working under the same roof. No opportunity for personal growth. I thought it was a lot better than it turned out to be. If you have high hopes and aspirations for your career and want to grow, I do not suggest working here. 

That being said, the people are friendly, they aim to make it a comfortable environment, there is a small gym on site and other "fun" things to keep moral of employees up.

Higher salaries for qualified and educated employees are needed to retain staff.

What is the best part of working at the company?
They have been willing to accommodate and help the providers. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Being precise with claims submission. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Admin staff and other providers are helpful and kind. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Make my own schedule. The day can be whatever I make it.

Company is firing all employees that are not vaccinated despite almost all jobs being able to be performed remotely and most all employees are working 3 days a week from home. No option to take Covid testing. No severance if not vaccinated as they are firing and listing fired with "just cause" on record of employment

As a senior manager, the job was challenging but always interesting.  Lots of problem solving experiences 
With one exception all CEOs were great to work for. The one difficult one is no longer there

Great place to work, excellent benefits, great people. Lots of interesting things to do, not ever day is the same. Sometimes you are getting calls, sometimes you are engaging with people in person

One of the best place to work for. Manitoba Blue Cross has won a position for many years among Top 25 best place to work. And I approve it. There is possibility to learn and grow. Plus people are really nice.

Great place to work offers the best working environment and excellent communication between all involved in IT development process. I love that flavor of Agile.
