I have worked for MBI Services as an independent contractor over the past three years. With over 25 years in the technology field, the past three have been the most enjoyable.
Management within the company is supportive, understanding, respectful and always provides guidance when required.
I have had the opportunity to work on engaging and challenging projects. I now work as a project lead when required.
Any hard-working, skilled professional will thrive at MBI. Like any job, you get out of it what you put in.
I would recommend working for MBI, whether you are new or have 25 plus years in the technology sector.
As for the 1 and 2-star reviews, nothing in life comes easily. Performance reviews are standard within any company. I suspect these reviews are directly related to termination due to performance issues.
Do not let the negative reviews hinder your career opportunity. From entry level to advanced, MBI Services will support and play a major role in your success!

I worked for about 2 and half years at MBI It services.

I was supported well while I grew professionally and eventually became useful for them. My mistakes were forgiven and were given many chances to improve.

Seemed the only thing they needed was honesty and punctuality. 
I provided them with a reliable worker who could be trusted. True, I made mistakes but they were ok with them as long as they knew that they could trust me with thier money and equipment.

They made me a lead technician and I was responsible for training new technicians. 

One of the owners was genuinely a great guy, supported me all the way.

I left when I got a much better opportunity (money wise) but I still miss my time at MBI services.

Being in the office multi-tasking with imput, phone calls, deadlines, ordering materials, on site ensuring safety measures met. Trouble shooting errors in the drawings and dealing with the trades, architects, engineers, city, inspections. Daily site visits, journals etc. The hardest part of the job was meeting deadlines when weather was against us and we had to meet deadlines for move in dates. Also dealing with legal aspects of the job working with lawyers providing them all the information that they required and making up all the timeline binders and daily picture journals etc. Loved the position and all that went with it, no day was the same which made it even more interesting.

I have worked as a contractor with them. The job was good, proper documentation and training was provided. The salary was good but no benefits. Work Culture was good as well. However, working as a contractor means no Job Advancement at all. Not exactly a place for job promotion but you will some experience added to your resume while working here.

Great company to work for, but unfortunately not enough work year round and no work/health benefits.
Good hours when there is work, overtime etc.
After its all over cutbacks are done, which helps the Company but not the employees that worked hard throughout the year and we unfortunately need to re-train new staff.

Basically all their positions are contract-based and a lot are subcontracts to other companies, so there's very little job security. If the other company doesn't renew a contract with them, then they will not have one to renew with you, meaning you're stuck interviewing again for another contract, or another company.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Flexibility and the quality of contracts deeply will increase any working experience.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful thing would be having to leave because you will not want to.

They like to keep you in the dark and feed you sheeet. Too many people who like to think they're managers, trying tell you what to do but all conflicting. They rip you off on mileage charges and cell phone charges. Not worth arguing over 2 dollars but they will.

The company's not concerned about its employees but only concerned about its customers and making sure that MBI makes money . If you're out of a job and need to find some quick work. They will place you that one of their clients temporarily. The key is to getting good with the project managers at mbi

Very less parking spots in front of the office. Accounting is very picky on any errors and will be fighting for even 5cents. Overall, people in the office are friendly.
