What is the best part of working at the company?
The jobs there are not difficult, and most other floor workers are willing to help with questions or methods. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful parts are timelines, and mismanagement. There is a large disconnect between workers and some upper management.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is a typical factory job, with poor abilities of some management to understand abilities of equipment, and methods.  There are a couple of people on the floor of each department that are miserable and impossible to work with. But overall the rest are great to work with. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Repetitive movements, machine setups for each job for cutting/jogging/packing. Fairly straightforward scheduling, with some changes of job deadlines.

Attention! This is the worst workplace I have ever seen (in Canada and abroad)! It is the first time I put a review about a company because this is the type of business where hiring and firing in 3 weeks is among their culture (including poor training), I got the chance to work in a toxic quality department where there is a huge lack of communication, leadership and also during the training asking "why questions" are not welcomed, it was a mistake to leave my previous career to join this type of company but I was lucky that I found a better opportunity later in few days, I highly don't recommend this company if you are looking for a long term career



This is a really great company to work for. I came in to this company with a small amount of printing experience in a completely different style of printing. This should have hindered my advancement and yet within two years I had been trained as an operator on multiple new press platforms and came to understand two additional types of printing that I had never before experienced. The culture is very focused on safety and they go to great lengths to be certain you have everything you need to stay safe.  Management also puts a lot of emphasis on personal accountability, which make me feel like my efforts directly effect my career, but it could be off-putting to someone who isn't a self-starter.

When I started here it was good but I quickly realized that if you didn’t kiss but to management that you would not get promoted, management yells all the time at employees and expects everything done last minute. Management has no time managing skills and you are always stressed to get things out last minute. I would not recommend working here if you can avoid it. Currently there is a lot of tension between the employees and management about wages as if you are a good worker don’t expect to get more money but you will be expected to pick up the lazy peoples slack. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Senior associates drive the business for Ebitda only.  Organization leadership flips every 1.5 - 2 yrs.  Lack of continuity and support.

Short lead times for critical analytics and very disconnected and manual processes.

Too many silos of interest and lack of alignment .  Lack of functional support.  





What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Puts and takes.  Overall it was stressful

Hands down the worst print shop ive ever stepped foot in ..... mcc is a revolving door they will look for any reason to write a floor employee up so that they can terminate and still look justified ..... management is a joke unless your not a very good pressmen then you may be promoted before you know it ... no communication between shifts and every department passes the buck ... so if you want to be treated like a child belittled and crapped on in general then mcc is the place to work if not avoid this place cause trust me it doesn't get much worse

Toxic people that like to yell at new workers. They like to make there own rules the older workers and they do not care who they hurt.  I worked there less than one month and I was bullied by them on a daily bases. The workers that work there many years cover up for one another and they help each other and the new worker is left with all the heavy work-load.

Between the 12 hour days with alternating nights, and the general atmosphere made by employees who've been there a while, and management's general lack of interest in fixing the goings on and attitudes, I found myself almost always stressed during my time there.

Training needs improvement. Lots of staff turnover yet many people have been there very long term. Leadership needs improvement. Steady work. Lots of opportunities for overtime.
