well when i was there i did good and was reliable and dedicated and in the end we had brought up the cutting edges to the forman 5 times in one account of the day the sec day told him 3 times but chose to ignore it 3 day nothing was done about it and he just kept telling me just keep on running it 4 day edges were worn of as well as the bucket and when he was asked why nothing was done about it before he said no one hsd told him about it and put the blame on the worker and cost that worker lots of issues took his mean of work away money for bills and cost him his place his vehicles and his family and when the worker had phone mcl to explain they didnt care to listen are take it into account

Considering we have gone over a year through a pandemic, everyone has been amazing. Management have been very helpful and understanding. The last year more so then the last 4 I’ve been here I find a difference in the work environment in a positive way. More communication between office and us staff in the field. Always nice to call and speak to people who are always so happy and cheerful. I could call 10 times in one day and still she still answers in a friendly manner. I recommend trying this place out. It’s not for everyone but it may be the right fit for you. 

Possible long term employment, replacement by less experienced individuals is a certainty. Leadership from the office is noticeable and when descions are made, advancement takes a long time

Good people on the ground, work environment was good. But too much involvement from an un-organized management made day-day work frustrating and unrewarding. Too many people going in different directions

long hard days, learned everything I know, co workers were the best, good money, well maintained equipment, most enjoyable part of the job was end of the day

Very exciting industry to work for there are always new projects and the supervisors are amazing and helpful with any need you may have. Never a dull moment! :)

fun environment, great crews, good hours, wage was good. foreman's where fun and understanding. laid back, easy work, didn't seem like a job seem like a hobby

It is a cycle atmosphere. Revolving door.
You are not given much information and required to know all aspects of the job when the prints are scattered 

fun fast work lots of good guys to learn from , would recommend as a place to work for anyone new and old always lots of work to won't send you home unless you wanted to go 

I learned a lot there, such as construction work and how to work in small groups.
