The working week consisted of 40 hours. I learned how to provide AutoCad drawings to CNC Laser machines in order to cut out various shapes in various materials. I also gained basic knowledge of various machines needed for the production of various pieces of metal in a general project. The work place consisted of various teams that were categorized by the materials they worked with and what they did with those materials (packaging, metal welding and sanding, wood, etc). The hardest part of the job was the working conditions. The most enjoyable part of the job was gaining experience in working with AutoCad and CNC machiney.

I’ve been working at MCM 2001 for a while now, and overall, it’s been a positive experience. The team is supportive, and everyone is really helpful to new people. The company offers a good work-life balance and creates a respectful environment with clear personal boundaries. Management is approachable, and there are plenty of opportunities for growth and development. Whenever the tasks I do daily start to feel like a routine, there’s always something new I can learn to improve. There’s still some room for improvement in communication between departments, but overall, it’s a great place to work, you learn a lot, and I’m happy to be part of the team.

Do not waste your time and energy in this company. They will not notice how good you are at work. HR management sucks they don’t care about employee they only care about how are they going to look at the bosses eye, they are the “gossip one at work” they dont protect the rights of workers they think they know better which is not obviously. So do not waste your time here. 

If there is 0 stars I would give it for them regular hours is 6 to 5 or 7.30 to 5 and most of time you will be working more hours and if you starting as a project manager our accountant or any office job with a degree the will give you almost minimum wage and only 4% increase every year or more sometime you need to ask your self for this 4%

When I started working at MCM2001 I didn't know what to expect since my previous experience was in a different filed.
However, they provided me with a proper training and I was able to work independently within the first few months. Everyone here is kind and always willing to help. Also, there is a lot of opportunities for career advancement ;)

Good place to meet new people, learn new things, fast-paced, everyone was friendly and willing to help in the process of learning the position, you will gain new skills.
My mentor was always patient with me, answered all the questions I had.

Lots of young people, different nationalities, we had free ice cream during summer, also staff parties! 

They promise a lot and deliver very little. They underpay you for your work and excuse themselves by saying you have overtime opportunities. They don't give much recognition for your work. Everything is a rush, poor time management

The President and the Project Director are very approachable and assertive, they are really knowledgeable in the industry and I really learned a lot from them. Most of the employees are very helpful and friendly.

Great place to be, most of the projects are different so you are constantly learning new things. You get the change to work in important projects. Majority of the people is invested in what they do and care about it.

Filled with hard work and lots of lifting involved. Needs better air conditioning in the warehouses.  Besides that, no complaints worked hard while I was there.
