-  as mentioned before, this is where you go for a job, not a career. The mindset of Management is stuck in 1980. 


- the numerous books you'll find on the CEO's desk about  building a better business model and happier employees are used as coasters because the ideas are never actually implemented.


- when you go for an interview, ask what the overturn is like and if you can get the name and number of an employee that you can speak with after hours (not management or a supervisor) .This way you can better understand what the culture is like from someone who works there.  But call them quickly...staff overturn is high.


Here is a suggestion to management: Ask your employees...not a consultant...what you could provide to make them want to help build the business for you.  Pretty sure a bbq every few months isn't what motivates employees.  Crazy thought to management....listen to your employees instead of just bouncing ideas off each other.  Management would learn a lot if they just asked their employees what motivates them.

From the beginning my experience consisted of empty promises and lies that only worsened as my tenure with the company went on. They had outdated systems that they expect you to perform miracles with, the threat of termination from the obtuse operations manager was continually present and they refused to get better anything to do the job correctly. My fellow employees and I often lamented our work, like broken POWs held long after the conflict ends.

There is no leadership here from the top down.  Poor leadership would rather hire from outside than promote from within.  More worried about getting their buddies jobs or people they meet walking their dogs.  People with leadership abilities are stuck listening to tools that don't have a clue.

They are bright enough to spend $1200 on a fireproof cabinet to store a ten year old can of WD 40 but wont spend $1200 on a strapping machine to make the job quicker and easier.

Whse manager couldn't manage a wet sponge.  They drive you into the ground and then act shocked as to why you are quitting. 

If you feel the need to punish yourself this is the place for you.

The last long positive review was written by the boss LOL I work there and its alot of great people there. Very stressful workplace but they feed you alot...ALOT. The problem is that a couple of employees who have been there for years are simply rude and not well trained. They also will try to teach you everything even things not in your job description so they can have less to do. Doesnt pay that well and people quit every month for better jobs. If you need a job for 6-12 months, it pays the bills but if you want a career....this isnt the place

A typical day was hopping in my car at 7:00 A.M. and head for a certain city to start making my rounds.
I learned it was best to prepare for an hour ot two the day before.
Management left you on your own to take care of business. They would sometime ride with you i am sure so they could get out of the office for a day or two.
As we were on our own there was very little communication with coworkers except for sales meetings.
There was no hard part of the job.
Always enjoyable calling on dealers.

No training. Petty boss. Culture is meh. All in all it's a job for someone not looking to rock the boat. Credit manager is impossible to work with. Upper management is ok. Erp is as400 and terribly complicated for nothing.

The place is dirty and upper management is run by the boys club. They don’t care they keep all the money. Everyone that works there is miserable and they low-key want to leave as well, but they’ve all been working there for 20+ years so it makes no sense for them to leave.

Where to start? This place is stuck in the 60s!! Poor upper management, horrible pay, no plan, no opportunity to advance, brutal communication...in short: A dead end!  Take your talent and your time elsewhere!

the operations team is incredible, theres a since of belonging and support throughout the internal staff. 

there is plenty of room to challenge yourself, learn and gain great experiance.

Poor products and Service. Stress full with old fashioned ideas about selling. Very back biting and intimidation techniques. Warehouse staff very unhappy and this showed with customers.
