Developed and coordinated training programs for new Canadians seeking to enhance their labor market skills in compliance with Citizenship and Immigration Canada.  . Collected evaluations and feedback to meet individual client needs. Daily tasks included performing data entry and maintaining file integrity, intake assessments, attending the Newcomers Career Fair, observing and evaluating training programs in order to implement meaningful change; Registered clients for employment mentoring programs including labor market education workshops, essential skills training, LINC classes, and JSW seminars.

I enjoyed my work. I learned ASP.Net, C#.Net, SQL Server.
 •	Designed “Shopping Cart” project in ASP.Net with using C#.Net, Ajax, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML
•	Designed websites and contents for online tutorial with using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
•	Ensured cross browser compatibility while following web standards
•	Design, implement, test and document/diagram software solutions for technical requirements
•	Perform code changes to enhance a product and add new features, to resolve programming errors and develop new products as assigned


I was teaching a class of students in elementary level of English. At first, I was accepted as a Teacher Assistant but after a few supervised sessions , they trusted my skills and they asked me to teach the class on my own. And all the students were happy and satisfied. 
It was a volunteer position but all the teachers and members were always helping me with the ways I could find a paid job in the same field of work.

I enjoyed working with my peers and children as well. I learned how to apply myself in different ways and be ready to handle any task given. Every day was filled with hands-on activity and many people were around to always help with school work, there were people around to talk to and receive advice from. Workshops were always available to help people find jobs, build resumes and even workshops concerning sexuality. It was a great job even though I did it voluntarily.

Microskills is a multi-cultural, non-profit, community based organization where I learned to work with more experienced staff, i learn to be more organized. Co-workers are very helpful which make the place better to work and grow. I liked to teach so as i will not loose hold on my subject and can brushup updates according to new versions

I come in 15 minutes before my shift, always on time. I set up a timeline for the campers, and a day plan. It helped me become much more responsible, and mange my time. The hardest part of being a camp counselor is making sure that the campers go home happy every day, and the most enjoyable part is just having fun and being you.

I enjoyed working within a service hub that employed many client services that I am passionate about. Services like Women's Services, New Comer Services, Employment Ontario Services, Youth Services and LINC services.

Great place to work. Management was supportive and encouraging.  Staff worker as a team regardless of which department or program they were working on. Challenges, yet rewarding working with at-risk children and youth.
