Management not always available to talk and resolve issues.

It is a warehouse setting in an industrial area.

Repeated tasks and same tasks every day.

Nothing they hire you on then abuse their authority

They don't care about safety issues

Harsh dirty theft if you complain you get fired

Not bad untill you get dropped put of a trailer

Management needs more experience in his role. A lot of finger pointing, A lot of blaming. Not enough coaching and motivating the team. TM sneaks out or takes extra time (stealing time). No leadership! Owner needs to improve this terminal as the name of the company is being dragged in the industry. Lots of RED flags.

I have been working at minimax for the last few months, the pay is average as with many others, paid by the hour,
People are very helpful and polite and treat the drivers with respect, truck maintenance is five star, the best! They don't cut corners with saftey! So far a good company to work for,

work here as a/z operator doing pickups and deliveries in gta area and night trips to cornwall or Ottawa areas.

Expectations were really high for the pay. Upper management wouldn't take the concerns seriously and thought that they knew better than the front line people. Everyone is replaceable. Now there's 4 people doing the same job i did by myself!

On the whole not bad to work for, however communication could be a lot better between diferent departments and managers. The wages are in need of improving. The truck maintenance schedule was excellent. 

Very happy to work for minimax  , lots of work and good pay,  home every day 😀 assigned truck , flexible and no forced dispatch , if you do your job dispatch will leave you alone ....

Owners are decent people, who listen to their people. They review annually for wage increases. working there has a family atmosphere. Company tries their best to promote from within.
