when i started at MMJ Canada i was kind of an immature kid and gradually grew into and responsible and extremely productive adult with the help of the staff and management at the time who took the time to make sure every employee under him was physically and mentally OK to work. After about 5 months into the job i was given the opportunity to become an assistant manager and everything went well until the upper management changed and there were disagreements and my manager left and i didn't feel like appreciated enough to stay and made the decision to leave

A very interactive and social place where you get to meet people from all walks of life.
It taught me so much about team building, and caring about the client
the hardest part of the job is trying to make everyone happy
the most enjoyable part is the people you get to meet

Had a good experience and had to leave for personal reasons. MMJ is still growing and in constant change and I would totally recommend as a good place to work. Great compensation + benefits + structure and room to grow. Hope one day I can come back!

Torture. Long Hours and no breaks. Enjoy working with Flower. Management don't communicate, learned how to cut Weed. Workers are nice. Did not get respect as A worker.



perfect stepping stone into the field of cannabis. nice setting, clean and professional looking. learned a lot of the science behind cannabis and the culture itself.

MMJ was a great learning experience for me and was great with educating on product knowledge. I loved the medical focus. 
Management was not great neither was communication.

This company stopped providing benefits to employees on october 2018. All bc storefront staff were laid off.

But it's still a great place to work as long as you dont mind 10.5 hrs no breaks or sitting. this company is a joke.

Great place to work. Fantastic people from the top down. A shining example of how things should have gone for the retail Cannabis sector in Ontario. Thousands of patients, no supply/price issues.

Best job ever! I miss weighing weed n talking about all the benefits. I truly felt like family with the patients n my coworkers. The Legal Market still has a ways to come.

Monthly meetings with training, very nice and knowledgeable staff, good management, proper breaks during the day, benefits, staff discount, promotion processes. Great employer!
