What is a typical day like for you at the company?
variety of tasks and responsibilities, depending on the specific role and the current projects.

shifts were pretty long some stretching past 12 hours depending on how big the production order was and how good the teams were feeling. Overtime was pretty good, for my regular hours I got $15.50 for 8 hours, $20.30 for the 9th and tenth hours, and for any hours after the tenth hour, I got $30.82. Overall, its a good place to work for the summer or to get some work experience.

Management is terrible. They play favorites, and are easily influenced by workers whom they are friends with. Work equipment is well below par and shouldn't have even passed inspections. If you aren't willing to put their needs before your own and that of your family, you won't last long. Good luck. 

Not a great place to work.  I enjoyed the job itself but management looks out for management and anyone who is their friend. The industry is unstable and when layoffs happen, if you aren't "in the cliche" you are left behind.  MANY Human Resources incidents, especially in regard to the treatment of women.  Good pay, good benefits but not enough to put up with the poor treatment.

I did not like the management of the company. Most of the time I did not know what job I would be doing going to work, they just let you figure it out when we get there. Also having to fight for days off and never getting fishing gear when it breaks or wear's out.

If you like to keep busy, its the place for you. The staff are understanding about life.   The only down side is that there is an overwhelming amount of hours where you might be home for a 4 hour sleep, or there are no hours at all.                                                                   

Great opportunities for advancement and 
professional growth. Had a great covid response plan. great people. Good product. Coffee is ok. They even have microwaves. 


It is a hard place to work not safe at all, all equipment is old and falling apart. And supervision is very poor, plus there is alot of drug use at this job hard to trust people you work with
