lack of consideration for employees - near the end they took education over experience.   
After busting a butt for over 25 years and assisting with 1000's of claims I was told I am not qualified for the position I was doing
Trained several people that ended up in supervisor, manager positions

What is the best part of working at the company?
The benefits and most of the people 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Applying for jobs that you’re qualified for but the hiring managers hiring their friends 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
At the moment….not very good.  Too much work, not enough people to do the jobs 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
No such thing as a typical day.

Pay is a major issue within the culture, it causes animosity and confusion. Work hours seem to be more like part time, and after paying all the union n government deductions on your pay, it’s works out to be 5 -6 dollars less an hour from your base wage, been extremely difficult to survive with the income, laid of each year too

Treat workers poorly.
Regular wage reductions for workers.
Zero notice for schedule changes.
Supply the bare minimum for PPE
Preach about safety, but often look the otherway to get er done.

everyday was a learning experience full of new challenges and tasks to be filled. quick thinking fast paced and i loved every second of it.

Senior Management is not supportive of managers.
Managers are expected to work and be available 24/7.
If they don't like you, don't speak up or complain, they only listen to those they like, regardless of how much you produce.

I was one volunteer for the event and l worked two hours.The working experience was excellent, and l was working at check-in desk handing out attendees' name tags and cross off their names once checked in.

None at this time.I worked there to replace someone that was off on maternity leave therefore my time there was relatively short and it was midstream on the project which was well underway.

I have worked at MPI for 18 years and I love it.  Everyone is great and working with kids makes me feel young.  The Office staff are easy to talk to and work with.

We had an incredible team and a wonderful working environment. We were short staffed so we worked very long and busy days which suited my lifestyle perfectly at the time.
