Multy Home is a very confusing family owned company, this company recycle all types of tires and makes them in to carpets/rugs etc.....this is the only way they make their money, as for the most important thing DC (Distribution Center) , NO ONE and I really mean it NO ONE has clue how to ship or distributed product for their costumers, most of the time we will be sending empty  trucks away due to lack of product or short items, not enough space to storage multi skus in their warehouse, which made it hard for anyone to find the correct product...I'm so disappointed.

First of all - they somehow removed over 20 reviews.  Which makes perfect sense as they were all 1 star. 
If you have any self respect and know your self worth, do yourself a favour and do not waste your time.
Owners are self absorbed abusive “leaders” with zero vision, running the company and employees to the ground. Prepare to have zero direction, have direction change on daily basis, be in a middle of fights during meetings, and be subjected to demeaning treatment.

This company uses scrap tires and recycle them into door carpet and other. working there was an amazing experience just for the fact  that what i am doing contributes to environmental benefit. i worked with many people from verity of counties; Vietnamese, Caribbean, Africans,etc. the most enjoyable part of the job was tagging the finished product whilst the hardest was cleaning the heavy duty  machinery after  work.

I worked as a part timer over there and ot was good experience. Using innovation in sustainable materials, they have crafted Outdoor Living products to decorate your outdoor space.  From deck and privacy screen solutions, to garden edging, planters and pavers, their collections suit traditional, and modern decor.

Lay off even the hardest working and employees that have been there the longest with no notice.They use you and just throw you away basically

Okay or horrible mangemengt depending on which of the two location your at(horrible at keele)

If you are an experienced professional avoid this company but if you want a temp job between the real jobs, then go ahead.
They prefer barking dogs over professionals
I know how desperate you can be while seeking a new job but avoid this company if you are considering it as your permanent job

The people are great, enthusiastic and fun, however, do not expect training, it’s a hit the ground running way of doing things, recommended if you have a vast knowledge of theirs specific type of business, if not, look elsewhere

The plant manager never cooperate with all the departments and have a tendency to micromanage all the activates.
The most less" impressive" is hi pretends to be brother in low with the company owner and terrorising all the employs.

the Senior management have a rack of communication. Quick turn over. Here is my advise to you who want to apply at Multy Home, I recommend "PLEASE DO NOT START WORK HERE"!
