life on board is a great training ground for being a great chef. we used to work 12 to 14 hours per day for 8 to 10 months. we prepare food for 4000 passenger everyday. for a only limited time. making sure that we serve on time the food for the passenger every meal time. they have the breakfast, lunch, TEA-time and Dinner. and before the duty end, we make sure station is clean. we clean every day and having a GENERAL cleaning 2 times in every Cruise. I've learn a lot of cuisine, because of the different nationality of the passenger.

I have no regrets about my previous company.for me it's a good company,good staff,good salary,good benefits.but it's sad to say that I need to apply another company because I want to learn more not only as a rating but about the works of an officer specially a 3rd officer,to explore,to experience more and hoping someday I will  use my license as an OIC-NW someday and to be an asset of my future company.

long hours of work with over work load in hte costa cruises.  Workload for 3 persons was being given to only 1 crew.  That is the hardest part of the job.  Benefits for crew has not been given due to lots of ships was being launched.  My co-workers are okay.

for me Much Better I working at NCL Company,because it's big difference about salary, and I think we have more fun about the Cruising of NCL Company.and I have several times to applied at NCL Company I like this company for me.

Im enjoined to work as a demi chef in P&O cruise because all staff or crew members are productive and energetic to join for what event or parties that creat by host of the vessel

All crew always helps each other.they give some advise to each other and all our super visor guide us.big bosses ar treated us like same level of them.

This is the Company that trained and trusted me. They gave me good future not only for my self and also for my family, thats why i stayed loyal through out my career.

I work for almost 30 years in this company and because of this company im settle now in life.All my kids is finish to study with job and i have everything now
