What is the best part of working at the company?
I loved the people i worked for.  Very pleasant environment.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The travel back and forth.  The work site required pe gear, sometimes i would forget, actually only one time. Was stressful not to forget because so laid back environment.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It s a manufacturing plant.  The environment can st times be like any other warehouse environment.  Dusty, loud, sometimes fast paced, sometimes mellow.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Arrive, chat, do tasks, break, lunch, break, leave.  Not strict on the breaks as long as tasks were completed.

I enjoy working at CanExel because it offers local opportunities, consistent hours, and competitive wages. The work environment is positive, and the schedule allows for a good work-life balance. Overall, it’s a reliable place to work with steady employment and fair compensation

Poor managment that doesnt have a clue how to operate anything. very unorganized, poor communication all around and very dirty place. machinery older than dirt that constanly breaks down causing poor quality. 

Taking logs of 16" ceder and putting them in a mechanical saw that cuts them in different size. Then you would take the piece of shingle and cut it again to make different kinds.

It’s the worst place to work .if you are not in the gang’s they don’t talk to you, no training, no help, nothing and then they talk bad about you in your back ,cause you are not fast enough… never again 

Looking forward to working here. The hiring experience has been great. Good pay, excellent benefits. If you are not afraid to work it's an excellent career opportunity.

You work very hard non stop to get a good pay. Not a lot of production people get good pay but if you really want too you can get a good pay
