There is no bestt part.  This is the worst employer I have worked for

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management can't read an email thoroughly.  Replies asking questions that were outlined in email.  They don't  respect the employees. Things  change far too frequently. 
There is so much more but too much to put here. Impossible to choose one stressful thing



What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Pathetic.  There is a lot of culture. But  people keep to their  peers who speak the same language.  And management has their favorites. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Can't say.  Go too work. Get mixromanaged like crazy. Go home

Nothing. Really mean environment.  No job security.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No help from management in any case. They set rules on upper level without knowing what is happening on ground and how agents are dealing with them.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Racism.  Mean environment. Supervisors and head of departments will pressureise agents and creat targets.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Typical day is like stressful. Their knowledge articles are useless. Nobody knows exactly answers to the Customer queries.

Decent workplace. Pay is above minimum wage with incentives for good performance. Supervisors are helpful. Team is collaborative and agents are provided necessary tools to learn and meet client requirements. Not enough flexibility with shift bids and time off. Ability to work remotely during Covid pandemic is a plus however return to office can happen  at any time. Office location is not the best if you're using public transit. 

Alot is expected of you regardless of your pay. You get a yearly raise that takes months for you to even get, and max is like 30 cents. Agents make more than supervisors or coaches, so going up in the company isn't worth it. They take away you're work from home bonus if you make too much hourly. Management isn't the best, they take forever to get back to you, just to tell you they don't know. 

An average day is answering E-mails and the phones from Customers inquiring about their deliveries. 
The Management is fantastic, and are open-minded.
The pay is above minimum wage.
The Benefits are good.
The training was very good, and laid-back.
I left because of family obligations, but would go back.


The company is not trustworthy, they recruit us for work from home but make us work at the office. Repetitive work. 
Long Training. Wierd rules for attendance are a bit unfair too.

Got hired, layed off the seconds xmas was over. The culture was ok, people were fine, pay was average, support was ok. I had a terrible experience but it was the client I was working for that was terrible not majorel them selves

Decent hybrid working environment. They cover equipment costs and training. Only drawback is they don’t value your feedback much. Otherwise work is consistent. Wellness coaches are available. 

Extreme nitpicking over call times, understaffed..so angry customers have to wait even longer for resolutions, making them angrier. sad benefits, an even sadder paycheck. That’s most “call centre” jobs though.
