Company's vision is to be the leading design & construction management experts for Ayala Land. Typical day at work is ensuring that the scheduled work is on time and manage well. Resolved design issues should there be any if not  foreseen during design process. There is wellnes awareness accorded to the employees and Seminars & workshops to aid the employees in performing its tasks.

When the day I hired of Makati Development Corporation.i am very grateful that I experience to work at good beneficiary and safety to work because of the rules and regulations are based on safety. And the salary is good in advanced...and you have learned
another skills because they are not hard  to cumunacate while you explain about your work you assigned.

I love my job and I love our mission - We help people get jobs! The relationships I have built with the clients and my colleagues is second to none. I come in to work each day knowing I'm going to make a difference and provide the best service that I can! Indeed offers unlimited PTO which has encouraged me to travel and take mental health days, great benefits, great culture and even better people.

If you want a good company name, apply here. Privileges and opportunities here are bountiful but they give it to the people they choose to give not to the deserving one. Career advancement is so rare and not readily available. This is a company that practices office politics

Most of my time were spent on work but i gain a lot of learnings in  terms of  field works. But being a contractual for 5 years, benefits are lesser and sometimes we don't really felt it.

Very good in team work. Always make me challenge everyday . Very good in proper implentation of Work flow/Process. Easy to approach staff. I recommend this company to all job seeker out there.

This is probably one of the high paying company. Having a license doesn't matter much though. A license Architect and a non-license have almost similar salary.
