I worked with the LINC Manager, Assistant Manager, Front Desk Staffs, Consultants, Administrative personnel and LINC Teachers. All are very helpful and professional. I learned Customer Service skills, Telephone Skills, Problem Solving skills and many more skills needed in today's business world. The manager was very intelligent and professional. I will always miss MNS.

As a LINC instructor, you are well supported by management and colleagues. Students are eager to learn, respectful and grateful. Overall, this is a great place to work. Workplace culture is one of balance, diversity, and fun but be prepared to fully adhere to PBLA (Portfolio Based Language Assessment).

What is the best part of working at the company?
Colleagues were great, very diverse group of people.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No opportunity for advancement. Management hires externally

Although I didn't work here, the volunteer opportunities here are great! Helped me participate a lot in my area. The staff there is great and willing to help you find the best opportunity that fits your role.

At airport, Malton is very unfair in dividing hours for employees, low salary,  low quality management,One rule one order .nothing for improvement. No union non any meeting with  employees and not job security .

Malton Neighbourhood Services is a Valuable place for immigrants and newcomers , it is a non-profit, charitable organization that has provided settlement and community support services since 1975

Great super organised and fun , Great staff members and work is balanced well with breaks. fun events to participate in, A complimentary kitchen and a good break time as well.

i employed volunteer here the energy was such a positive place and very home like and comfy for the children. it was a good experience and id like to work with children in the future,

It's full packages of complete comfate and relaxed atmosphere job. The salary is good according to my position.if you do your job you learnt more things about children,area,update essuse and many more.

A very good work place atmosphere . Diverse and multicultural.
 Supported a lot with the Syrian refugee. 3 months of a great experience  in working with Syrian refugee
