I have been with the company for many years and I find there have been many improvements and a will to put quality, teamwork and respect first. I get training, coaching and am able to move up the ladder. I love the team of people I work with, whether they are in Ontario or Quebec. There's a feeling of pride and enjoyment in what we do. Definitely recommend, especially with the current management in place. 

Arrive at 9:00am work until 5:00 or thereafter.  I learned a great deal the trucking industry.    Management was fantastic and very easy to work for and with.  All my co-workers were reasonable people and very easy to get along with.  The hardest part of the job, I really do not have a comment on this and the most enjoyable were definitely the people who I worked with.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Finish the job within the time expected

Very fast paced. Production goals needed to be met on a daily basis. Having things more organized would be helpful and safety is something that was not considered.
