Horrible place to work. Unless you are related to or buddies with a higher up manager. This workplace will suck the will to live from you. Never in my 32 years of work experience have I worked at a more toxic environment. Do not work for the province. Do anything but work for this toxic place. 

Great employer for pay, benefits and job security when you reach full time status but wish there was a little better communication with management. love the freedom of the job and being outside all the time throughout the summer.

Great people at all levels of the company. Joining make positive is and everyone is supportive of each other and has a great time together. Coming to work is fun and there are always nights out and something for everyone

It's a great place to begin your career as it provides individuals who are willing to learn with an opportunity to build a strong foundation within their respective fields.

Fairly typical government department. You are expected to put in a full days work but are given opportunities to learn outside your job parameters and there can be opportunities for advancement.

Learned so much in this division where I can use in my future workplace. enhanced my skills and knowledge as well as my experience. A good place to work with and very comfortable workstation.

Maintained gravel and asphalt road surfaces, signage, vegetation control, snow removal, sanding/salting.Attended regional safety meetings, representing the maintenance yard as safety rep.

it was a good job. I enjoyed working there. I would still be working there but my job was closed due to budget cuts and there are no other openings that can accommodate me.

Loved working for MB Infrastructure. Going to a great job with good management and team work is always great. Great leadership and will to train in all areas.

Long hours, but OT is worth it. Benefits are good and there are lots of opportunities to advance within the company. Fulfilling work if you like to be outside in the summer.
