Some cell leaders are good to work for. If like working for the man and enjoy no family life then, this is a place for you to work. Project manager thinks he’s the owner of the company. There policy is once you enter the building, your family doesn’t matter anymore. Your there too be seen not heard. No edvancnment at all. Pay not that good. Like I said some people are good to work with others not so much.

Start at 7am check my machine change inserts and start working

If I could give this 0 stars I would. The management in this company is non-existent. People are not nice here, and overall a horrible environment. In my time working at Manluk, there is not enough words in the English language to describe how TOXIC the environment is! HR was no better, you got no where talking with her. I would never recommend for anyone to work here unless you want to be taken advantage of.

The workers are all easy to get along with. Quality and safety are a big thing. Some slight favoritism towards Germans and Philippino as far as overlooking mistakes. It's a decent place to work and probably one of the best places to work in wetaskiwin as far as wages and opportunities. Benefits are pretty mid.

Manluk is an easy place to secure a job as they hire everyone and their dog.

Overtime is typically supervisors say.

Wages are subpar.

Management views themselves as incredibly superior and look down on you unless you kiss the right butt.

Want you to work for nothing, expect the world yet give nothing to their employees.  Can’t advance by hard work. Do what your told or be ready to be told there is the door.   You might get a pizza party for their profits if your lucky. 

I found working with manluk a great place to start out if you recently graduated and new to the work world, great hours and great reasonable pay. Will train you in any area you are interested in.

Great place to work if you have no goals of ever moving up through the company or just want to collect a regular paycheck and not work that hard for it. 

Busy shop. Mainly producing mining parts for world wide distribution. Requirement to operate more than one machine at time, and be productive with production goals that are difficult to achieve.

Variety of welding techniques utilized to prepare oil field equipment for use in the field.  A lot of repetitive work with specialization in some specific types of welding.
