Working at March has been a challenging start to my career. Challenging in a good way as the variance in consulting projects presented great opportunities to continually learn new things. Challenging in a bad way as the economic downturn in the mid-to-late 2010s made it difficult for March to offer full-time hours, adequate salary increases, and good benefits to employees. 

However, March is to be commended for weathering that storm. While many large engineering firms completely shut down their Saskatchewan offices during that time, March managed to carry on. Our small-to-mid sized company has proven it is here to stay and is now making significant progress towards future stability and growth by diversifying our clientele portfolio and expanding our geographic reach, even in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Have been working here for a few years and really appreciate the support of the team that I work with!  There were challenges in the past few years due to the downturn in the mining industry but the organization has done its best to provide high quality and value to its clients while retaining as many employees and providing them with security.  The future looks good!

My drawings were altered on purpose by someone in the company. So I had to spend extra hours to correct my drawings. And it happened several times. I assume it was because one of the directors didn't like me.
So doing a good job is not enough. If you want to be successful in this company you have to be good at "butt-kissing".

They have no idea of what they are doing. Most if not all of the senior staff have never built anything, but they talk a good enough game to get someone to pay them.

If you need a job, and i mean NEED, work there. Then after 2 to 3 years get the heck out. that is all you can hope from that place.

I had a great experience working here. Always exciting and challenging projects. Everyone is easy to talk to and willing to help you whenever you need help in your projects. Great place to learn specially for starters. Awesome flexible schedule and they value family and safety first.

The best onboarding period of anywhere I've worked. Very open company culture and training for March's processes was thorough. Clear expectations but open to change and innovation. March has built a good team👍Downtown location has both great perks and drawbacks.

Focus of the company is on high quality of work and on client satisfaction. Great professional opportunities to learn from senior staff. Diverse and interesting projects

They play favorites and will hire and fire even though they claim not too which makes them liars. They all they to gang up together and help all their buddies out making a nice little circle for themselves. Not sure how they are still around, cant understand everything after all.

A great place for practicing engineering. Interesting projects and very knowledgeable project managers and discipline leads and great design team.
I enjoyed working there. 

Very inclusive culture where my ideas are always embraced. Open and transparent communication with all staff. Lots of very interesting projects to work on.
