Management was great - lead hand was great.  The suppliers ought to use less glue on the boxes to save from wearing down your wrists opening them... I really wish it was part time or 8 hour shifts but the people there seem to really like it because they've been there a while.  I was very comfortable with all - they seemed very helpful and nice to work with.  Was definitely not for me.  I was hired on the spot and it was a really great opportunity...just not for me.

Marco has been a stressful place to work. A lot of the time you will end up working with people who don’t do the same amount of work as you but get paid the same amount even if you end up doing someone else’s workload. There is no conflict resolution, usually you end up getting in trouble, there’s a lot of favouritism here, and management don’t know what they’re doing at all.

productive, tan time goes fast most of the time

The supervisors pick who they like from the beginning and treat the rest like they’re bad workers/ bad people without giving them a chance. They suspect you’re doing things you make clear that you’re not, they follow people to the washroom and harass them and they don’t treat people with the respect they should. They are very unprofessional 

It is a rare breed of job when your first day doesn't feel stressful. I really like working here. People are overall nice and want you to do well. My only issue is the impression of getting full time hours during my contract when I did not. Because of this, I was short 126 hours to qualify for Employment Insurance so I couldn't get help.

Not much room for advancement, long afternoon shift hours, high turn over rate, bad attitude and job culture, toxic work environment. Management doesn't do much to change this.

Short-term it's okay job not paying too well happy to find another job where I work full time more money benefits and everything else. It was a good experience the people were nice that I had in my Crew sometimes I would have up to three teams and we all worked well together

Fellow employees are friendly, management is  okay. Mininium wage pay with no bonuses. Layoffs are very common, without much notice. Company uses works and doesn't value their employees. Work was easy.

Lots of team building skills in this company, and very understanding when it comes to the balance of life/work struggles. I had a very welcoming experience during my time at Marco
